Riverfront gem

This home has a spectacular location with a stunning view of the river. The yard and lanai provide so much to do with the large and deep pool, a hot tub, lovely dock, and amazing views. That, combined with the comfortable, newer furniture meant we spent most of our time here on the lanai.And the interior of the home is newly renovated, with lovely furniture and finished and very comfortable beds.Communication with the property manager was quick and always helpful. I highly recommend this gem and hope to return in the future!

Great!

We had a great vacation! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need. We loved the large pool and the hot tub was a nice surprise. The view was gorgeous!!! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone

I have shared my thoughts both negative and positive with the host. In short the pool area, views, neighborhood were wonderful. House needs work but we understand there is a rennovation plan upcoming.

Perfect winter getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The view and sunrise are spectacular! A couple of down sides - the AC could only be on at 75 degrees or higher, it was quite warm at night with the house shut up. The pest control in the kitchen needs to be improved. I spent a lot of time cleaning counters for bugs before and after food prep. Nothing can be left out but yet there's no pantry so its hard to find a place to store food.

Relaxing break on the river

Negative stuff first: as other reviews have said the air conditioning can't keep up with the summer heat, particularly in the bedrooms; it's a bit rough around the edges; and the sofa is woefully inadequate for a three bed property. The positive stuff: if you're anything like us you won't care about any of the negatives once you've seen the location and used the pool area. Set right on the banks of the river the villa offers magnificent views that we could have sat and looked at for weeks. We loved using the lovely, big, shaded sitting and dining area (and good grill) and good sized pool. The hot tub was a nice surprise, but temperatures were a bit high when we were there to make use of it. It's also well situated for everything the area has to offer - Walmart down the road, straight over the river to the shops of Fort Myers, and Sanibel only 40 minutes away. Conclusion: despite the clear areas for improvement we would book this property again in a heartbeat - exactly what we wanted from a villa in Cape Coral.

Loved it all

The whole family enjoyed this rental. We loved swimming in the pool and looking at the river. My husband and I loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood and seeing the canals. We loved Cape Coral. The city was so beautiful and clean. We loved watching the sun rise over the river. There is nothing bad to say about this place. I would move there if I could. I did not want to leave.

Charming and relaxing

We spent a week at this charming house, it has everything you need and more It's located close to grocery stores and restaurants in a peaceful neighbourhood The pool table and hot tub where a pleasant and enjoyable surprise and the communication with the property manager was excellent

Great relaxing vacation!

Overall we had a fantastic week. Our only complaints are the master bedroom & bath stays so much warmer than the rest of the house and the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. There’s some small things in the house that need attention. Smoke detectors batteries were dead all through the house. People had actually unplugged them. They really need to be put back up so they are in working condition. Master bath toilet paper holder falling off wall. Screen over pool had long rip. So bugs were able to enter the pool area at night. We loved our very relaxing week and would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Getaway

Property was beautiful, just like in the pictures. We were surprised to see a hot tub there, not really visible in the pictures, was a great surprise. Also, we had a Category 1 hurricane while we were there. The owner stayed in contact with us from arrival till departure, very comforting (especially during the storm). Overall, great trip!

River house get away

Upon arrival the house was very clean and had everything we needed for a fun relaxing vacation with non stop beautiful river views and a great pool with plenty of room for our party of 4. Would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

Everything is definitely as listed on this property. The only thing I would recommend to make the stay better is to upgrade the living room furniture, not comfortable at all.

Best Family Vacation yet! We will stay here in the future

This was a perfect vacation. The pool was clean and heated. So comfortable. To our surprise there was even a hot tub. The house size was great and it was nice having kid friendly dish options. We ordered groceries from Publix that were delivered our first morning and we rarely left our house because it had everything we needed. We put the ping-pong table boards on the pool table and played that when it was raining.

Trip too Cape Coral

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home. The home was clean and we were very blessed to have a family of 4 dolphins visit us while we were in the backyard having breakfast.

Fantastic Property

This is the best house for a get away. The view is amazing, the pool area has a protected area for sun or rain and a large patio with enough room for chairs, etc. The home is well stocked, very clean and the communication with the owner/management company is immediate. I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay here again.

We rented this house along with the neighbor house for our friends to join our vacation. Super clean easy access to both houses. Great for a group that wants two separate houses.

Awesome view and location

My family and I had a wonderful quick get away to this property. Very clean with modern updates. The pool and the patio view of the bay were amazing. The location was close enough to all the areas within Ft. Myers that we wanted to visit. Our only issue was that the furniture was NOT comfortable at all. Once you are out running around all day, and you come back you want something comfortable to relax....sofas and chairs were not. Need updated.

Great Getaway

We brought our pod down from Minnesota for a week. Great house, wonderful outdoor space, fabulous view. Grocery and restaurant deliveries kept us from ever having to leave the house.

Holiday getaway

The house was perfect for a quiet holiday family break during COVID-19. The pool and amazing waterfront view were the highlights for sure. It was a very comfortable patio for relaxing and looking out on the river and enjoying the amazing view. It was nice to have our own private space to relax and enjoy meals and family time, but be out of the house! The kitchen (and house generally) was well stocked with all the basics you might need (and extras including beach chairs which came in handy). The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It is about 30 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach and a little farther to Sanibel Island. Everything was super clean and tidy. And the three bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great and the living space was also comfortable. We only had three adults and spent more time outside - but if you expect to be inside more the living room (as shown in the photos) does not have much seating for movie watching. As noted, the patio is amazing and has plenty of space.. The host Diana was easy to contact as well. Overall - I think the description and photos offer a pretty accurate picture of the home. Highly recommended for sure!

Great stay

We stayed here for a social distancing getaway. We just stayed in the house so no comments on the surrounding area. The pool and view is the highlight. We spent almost all of our time in the awesome pool overlooking the river. The living room opens up to the porch and it’s perfect. we checked in easily without contact. The whole place was clean. Pool clean. A few fun floats. The pool table also gave us something else to do when it rained. Our kid had a blast! Only critique is that I wouldn’t take younger kids. The furniture is geared towards adults. Decor is super modern and not cozy. No bath, just showers. Our 6yr old liked the pool, but no safety gate so wouldn’t bring younger kids. Overall highly recommend. The property manager was really easy to get into contact with. If we go back we will def rent from their company again!

Cape Coral Getaway

Our stay at “The Prince” in Cape Coral was amazing, The property was exactly as listed with a fantastic salt water pool overlooking the water. Diana was very welcoming as we had detailed instructions for the property as well as a bottle of wine when we arrived. This trip was exactly what my family needed to get away for a week. I will definitely checking out this as well as Diana’s other properties in my next trip.
