For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Narragansett Bay offers opportunities for boating, fishing, and sailing. Enjoy a leisurely game of croquet on the lawn, have a barbecue at the resort's pavilion, or take a short walk to Newport Fisherman’s Wharf.

The Town House and Harbor House building units will not be available for booking due to renovations from Sep. 8, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2026. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and the presence of work crews on-site. Dates are subject to change.

In the second bedroom -bed layout can vary. Two doubles or two twins are possible. The living room will have a sleeper sofa.

A $250 security deposit will be required at check-in, secured with a credit card.

Complimentary parking is provided for one vehicle per suite.

This is a non-smoking resort.

Some two-bedroom units have multi-level floor plans with stairs.

Not all units are equipped with washers, dryers, or balconies.
