***Cabin has 1100 finished square feet***

-There is a Pet fee of $175 per visit. Max 2 dogs under 50 lbs.

-Open Concept Living Room with a Lovesac couch, custom end table and coffee table made by Weekend Woodsman, natural fireplace, 55" Smart TV, customer dining table for 6 made by Weekend Woodsman, extra chair located in bedroom. High chair located in master closet.
-Kitchen features all major appliances, fully stocked, coffee supplies
-Full bathroom with shower/tub combo
-Master bedroom has a king size bed with 2 end tables w/lamps
-Master bathroom has the laundry in it iron and hair dryer is located in the cabinets
-Master Closet has an ironing board and high chair, Also the beach towels are in stored up high
-Each bedroom closet has extra linens if needed and an extra blanket
-Second bedroom has a queen size bed w/crib, one end table w/lamp, and a dresser.

LOFT:

-Work station is located at the top of the stairs with a stand/sit desk made by Weekend Woodsman. Desk has a Serta office chair for comfort while working.
-Main area has a couch, LoveSac Sac, and 55" Smart TV.
-Games are located under the TV Sorry, Farkle, Catan, Monopoly, Scramble, Uno, Sequence, Zingo, and Cards.
-Kids room have two custom built in twin beds with reading lights. Drawers under the bed for storage.
-Kids closet for the younger ones is fully stocked with toys
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cabin including laundry room; there is two owner's cabinets above the fridge and washer that guests will not have access to*
Other things to note
-Our cabin is located in a residential neighborhood
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
-Outdoor party lights must be turned OFF by 11pm
-No motorized vehicles parked in common spaces in the association (ie no parking in common grass areas)
-Our driveway is flat & can fit 2 cars
-Our driveway is located 10 steps above the house, the walkway is illuminated by solar lights for safe passage after dark.
- Be careful not to pull in the drive way too far it does have steep drop off past the solar lights.
-Garbage day is Monday morning, if your stay is from Sunday to Monday please put the trash bin at the street.
