One of a Kind 3 Bedroom 2 Bath A-Frame with Amazing Mountain & Golf Course Views
Welcome to Kookaburra Cabin - a beautifully unique A-Frame in the Lower Moonridge area of Big Bear Lake.
This one of a kind 2 story 1620 sq ft 3-bedroom 2 bath chalet, has been newly renovated with precise attention to detail. Step inside and be greeted by the awesome ambiance that awaits you. With a queen bed in each tastefully decorated bedroom, this brilliant property offers a wonderful space for you and your guests to unwind after a day of exploring. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to whip up delicious meals, or relax in the cozy living room which boasts a queen sofa bed, a beautiful gas burning fire place and spectacular floor to ceiling windows that showcase Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Golf Course. Walk out to the front deck and sip your morning coffee on the 8 seater dining table that has a beautiful propane firepit in the middle or BBQ dinner on the BBQ grill. Walk upstairs to the loft space where you will find a comfy sofa that also converts into a full size sofa bed, a shuffle board and poker/bumper pool table. From the two downstairs bedrooms, sliding doors gives you a great view of the fully landscaped backyard and allows you convenient access to the hot tub, hammock, fire pit and chairs and dining table. Additional amenities this house offers are linens, towel, bathroom essentials, washing machine and dryer, WiFi, 5 smart TV's, central heating, ceiling fans and tower fans (no air conditioning), board games and much more. The house is conveniently walking distance to Big Bear Alpine Zoo, Bear Mountain Golf Course, Bear Mountain Resort and a few minutes drive to the lake, Big Bear Snow Play, grocery stores and downtown restaurants. During the winter months take a 5 minute walk from the house to the Moonridge Lot where you can access free shuttle service to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Resort. Our modern and homey retreat is nothing short of wonderful. You will not be disappointed!
