Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Worked for sleeping.
The house worked for sleeping. Would've liked more attention to the home if we were spending more time in it. We were gone the whole time and only slept. We were told by a suncadia guard they would be resurfacing the parking lot, not told that at booking.

The townhouse was good, just lacking a couple small things (a broom, some kitchen utensils). The biggest problem was getting there and then realizing we didn’t have access to any of the Suncadia pools. I suppose that was my bad for not realizing it but just a warning to future travelers. I ended up booking a hotel room through the resort for a couple nights (for 1000 that we didn’t even touch) just to grant us access to the pools because that was the whole point of the trip.

Suncadia stay!
The property was as advertised. Great location to all the Suncadia lodge amenities. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable. It’s as hard as a rock. It needs a pillow top or something else to soften it up a little. Online communication with the manager via (chat), never received a response. Text message eventually worked but it took about an hour te get a response. Once they responded they were helpful. All in all we would stay here again if the bed situation improves.

Don’t stay here if you want a relaxing stay.
Unfortunately I can’t say I have anything positive for this property. The house was not very clean had dog hair all over the place. Food was found all over couch and under cushions. WiFi didn’t work, garbage disposal was busted and stuff with food that was coming back up out of the kitchen sink every time we used it and no one would come to fix it. Pull out bed in loft area was terrible. My 7 year old couldn’t make 1 night on it. Spent most of my vacation going back and forth with management company and nothing was addressed. I feel more exhausted after my vacation which was not what I was looking for.
