There is also a seasonal ferry that leaves from downtown and goes to Pensacola Beach. You can walk to the ferry dock in about 20 minutes.

Location is perfect. Downtown Pensacola is a 15 minute walk. We walked 20 minutes to a Brantley Gilbert concert at the Pensacola Bay Center. The house is lovely. Furniture in great shape. Beds comfortable. Kitchen is large with plenty of space to prepare meals. The pots and pans are on the sparse side but there were only 3 of us so not a problem. We had an awesome time in the games room!!! The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here every time I visit Pensacola.

We were in town for an event at the Bay Center. This location was very confient for our daily travel to event center. Also, a short drive to the beach!

Great Home

Everything was exactly as listed. Very clean with comfortable beds and great common areas. The best coffee shop in town is at the end of the street as well as a good grocery store 2 blocks away. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Maritime Park or 10 minutes to downtown. Thank you for a great stay!

An amazing place!

We were so impressed with this house! Love the decor and it had so much space. Will definitely be going back soon. We really enjoyed the Firepit with our 2 small dogs. Thank you!

Graduation getaway

We throughly enjoyed this home for our weekend stay while attending a UWF graduation ceremony. The home was immaculate, and perfect accommodations for our party of 5 adults. The location is within east walking distance to many cafes and the downtown area. We loving running and walking through the neighborhoods. Would stay here again when visiting Pensacola.

Super cute

This home was super cute, clean and comfortable to stay in. The beach, restaurants and Target are close by. I have a little small Yorky Pomeranian I was able to walk around the neighborhood. Absolutely loved the home:)

Good Location But Needs New Cleaners

Pros: - The location of the property is great as it’s downtown and 15-20 minutes to the Beach- Nice kitchen with cute backyard- Rep from the property management company was communicativeCons:- Place was dirty and looks like the cleaners they use do the very bare minimum in clearing- Found screws and quarters in the garbage disposal when we used it. - Lots of big dust bunnies underneath the furniture Overall:- Was a nice property, but disappointed when you’re paying a 200 cleaning fee, you end up doing the cleaning. Also would notate that there isn’t central air in the house and each room has a window unit if you’re coming in the summer time.

I was disappointed in this rental in many aspects, especially considering the price. Some pros; the location is great; it's pet friendly; kitchen is bright & attractive; beds are comfortable. The response time for problems was very good. Some issues; the primary bathroom floor and mat had hair & dirt all over it. I reached out to the host and he thankfully had the owner of the cleaning company come the next morning to clean this and some other areas that needed attention. The primary bathroom fan didn't work and there are no windows. 2 of the bedrooms had sand or dirt on the beds. The window AC unit in the living room is very loud, and in the bedrooms, the curtains are taped to the window unit, so you can't really open or close them. The door in the primary bedroom to the balcony has no curtains. The kitchen has limited cooking supplies, and no placemats or dish drying rack. There were some other issues that I don't have space to mention, but the other main thing was an issue with check out. We asked for a late checkout and the host agreed to 2 hours, but then the keyless entry code was changed at the original check out time. This was very inconvenient and it took almost an hour to get back into the house. Overall the host was helpful and gracious, but I would not stay in this house again as it is not up to the standards I have come to expect from VRBO.
