La casa principal recientemente renovada consta de cuatro dormitorios, dos baños y una cocina nueva. Hay una cabaña separada de nueva construcción que contiene otras dos habitaciones dobles y baños con una lujosa sala de estar y cocina.
Esta es una propiedad ideal para dos parejas que comparten y la parafernalia de todos los niños ya está en el lugar ya que los propietarios tienen dos niños pequeños (¡juguetes, tronas, etc.!). The house worked perfectly for our group. Us, married daughter/son in law and 2 grandchildren and second daughter in main house with 2 other 'children' with wife and girlfriend in pool house.The house was well equipped, couple of bits not obvious (oven glove and tea towels in master bedroom!), but we had pretty much everything we needed - we did self cater quite a few meals and had a chef in. Minor issues were quickly dealt with. Overall we had a fabulous time.Two observations. Property should have had a detailed check before we moved in - missing/broken lightbulbs, leaking sink in the pool house should have been spotted. Secondly, the problem with the hot water in the pool house took a few days to resolve - it was lucky we were a family group prepared to share shower facilities in the main house, never got an apology either.

Everything was great! The bedrooms fit our needs, and the common area was spacious and was able to accomodate all of us. Mike was helpful when needed and communicated regularly to make sure everything was okay. Shan was pleasant and efficient in keeping the house clean. She stayed at the house until everything was done. Again, a great time was had by all!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mullins for my 60th birthday. The home was perfect for couples and individual family members to commune in a shared space. Although I was initially apprehensive as the property is set back in a cul-de-sac, down a small dirt road this location turned out to be perfect for the type of privacy we desired. Family and friends enjoyed our daily visits from the local monkeys and the home was immaculate. We enjoyed the large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and functioning air conditioning. One of our favorite things was the open bifold doors that allowed for everyone to interact together from the kitchen to the living room, the pool and the cottage. We cannot say enough about Mike the house manager who covered every small detail. He was incredibly attentive and assisted with little things. You may never have thought you needed like a cooler and tablecloths. The pool was always kept clean and Sandia made sure that we felt at home. Shout out to the chef, Devon. He is a must for your stay. It was a joy to watch him prepare food in the kitchen and his presentation was superb. His homemade bread and turnovers were a hit. We want to thank all of you for making the special time possible for us and highly recommend your property for those looking for intimate family gatherings. Kudos!

Villa is a great space for families, nice pool, great size and good value for money. The owner and support manager always on hand and replied immediately to any questions. Only real negative is the poor road to the property but of course not the owners fault. At some point a quick refresh would make it a five star

This property is well situated for the beach and restaurants. The house is well equipped, is cleaned a couple of times a week. The property manager Mike is brilliant. Very responsive to requests. On the downside, more of a plunge pool.. the swimming pool is very small

Great villa for extended family with kids

We had a great stay at the villa. It was equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was extremely helpful in organizing cars and a chef (highly recommended!) for our stay. The layout of the property was perfect for 4 families with 4 kids total. The kids enjoyed the pool but the highlight for all was the daily visit from the monkeys. We fed them bananas and they showed up every day around 9/10. The villa is a short walk from some beautiful beaches and great restaurants. We also used the spa at the end of the road. Will definitely be back again.

An absolute gem of a property

Firstly the property was absolutely perfect we hired the main house and cottage. The property was everything we hoped for, very clean comfortable and location was just an easy 5-10 mins walk to beach and bars. Lucy the owner was brilliant on communication and responded very quickly. I also want to say what an absolute star Mike the property manager is, we had an issue with one ac unit he got an engineer out asap and replaced it with a new one. We were unfortunate to be here during hurricane beryl so impacted on a couple of days out that was planned, but the house felt totally safe during it. We didn't plan as well on getting food in during this time and Mike came to the rescue with a meal for us all, he went above and beyond to look after us. Anything we needed he made us feel that was no trouble. 💯 recommend this house to families/friends of all ages, you won't be disappointed.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time in Mullins. The villa was well equipped. The manager went above and beyond and the space and surroundings were beautiful. We were 7 adults and 6 children and everyone had a fantastic visit! We would recommend to anyone going to Mullins!

Beautiful homely villa. Great location.

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday here. Everything was perfect. Mike (the concierge) was most helpful as were all the staff. All extremely polite and unobtrusive. We made good use of the barbecue for the fish from the local fish market which was absolutely delicious . We walked down to the Sea Shed for meals and drinks regularly and enjoyed the sunset and ‘karaoke’ at Thunder Bay. We did hire a vehicle to go over to the East Coast for the day and to get shopping etc, although we have been to Barbados before it’s nice to have the option to pop out for a few day trips, although it’s not necessary as the shops do deliver and there are quite a few nice restaurants to walk to. Sad to leave !!

Our stay

The property was very nice. Very clean and an easy 10/13min walk to a beach. We had a nice stay. BUT a few things need to be addressed. No roasting dishes in kitchen had to buy some,some of the saucepans/frying pans were flaking. Hob did not have all rings working. Dishwasher did not work and freezer space was small.12/18 inches.Totally inadequate for 10 people. Thank goodness Mike was able to supply a freezer. Plus side lots of china and glass. Also pool was never really clean had a green covering on the bottom and could not use it for the last 2 days. All our trunks/swimming costumes had a green tinge to them. A huge plus was the lovely Shiniece she was a star at keeping the house clean and Mike always on the end of the phone.

Great Vacation

Spent 12 nights at Palamor Gardens, 7 adults, 4 kids 7-10. Everything far exceeded our expectations. Pool was great for kids, easy walk to Mullins Beach. Snorkeling great. Rechelle the housekeeper was wonderful, so nice to come home from beach to a clean house, fresh towels, clean sheets. Mike the property manager got us a new washing machine the same day the one broke. The location was fantastic, close to many beaches, shopping, restaurants. Polomar Gardens was very quiet, private and the monkeys visited every morning!

Enjoyed our stay

Especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Really lovely. A few minor concerns. Would have been helpful to know when cleaners or pool maintenance were coming and how long they would be here. The kitchen is small for the amount of people we were cooking for. As per North American bed sizes, there are not two king sized beds but only one. Still glad for our stay here. Thanks.

Beautiful Barbados

Two week stay at Paloma Gardens. House is clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for all 12 adults. Some beds smaller than others, but it was the luck of the draw for each couple. Walk to beach and buses is about 12 minutes and definitely doable. Mike did recommend renting a vehicle, but none of us were interested in driving. Nice restaurants nearby, we are at Sea Shed, Bambas and Larry Rogers in Mullins. Beaches all over Barbados are beautiful and we used the buses and ZR’s to see many of them. Thunder Bay was a favourite. Pool is very nice at the house, lots of loungers. Mike (house manager) was great. Answers very promptly and was very helpful with rides, etc, and any questions we had. Cleaner, Rechelle came 3 times a week and Pool was cleaned twice. Home is well cared for. Overall a wonderful stay for all of us. Only complaint would be more instructions for the stove and dishwasher for those not familiar with Smeg appliances. It was a learning curve for us. 😂 If anyone is contemplating staying here, I would not hesitate! Thank you Mike and Lucy!

Great location with stellar hospitality

Perfect location and amount of space for our group of seven. Nicely appointed lounging areas and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent many content hours sitting by and in the pool and grilling on the deck. We took in some lovely sunsets at nearby beaches and had a great day on the water with the sea turtles. Mike was a gracious and extremely attentive property manager who ensured that we had a successful visit.

Xmas stay

Nice stay but villa needs a few things updated! Things that you notice. Especially in the cottage which needs decorating Mike manager very good he dealt with problems promptly.The cleaner a nice young lady but came on our last morning and we weren’t leaving to 12 so our last morning wasn’t what we expected. As I say needs updating but had a nice stay.

We had an excellent time here. The property was perfect for 10 of us with small children and teenagers. There was enough space for everyone the outdoor space is huge. Inflatables and toys provided and high chair and cot for our infant. The manager was helpful and resolved things quickly. The cleaner Rochelle was brilliant. She did a great job keeping the villa clean and tidy for us and was very attentive. Location was great. A little further than 5 minutes from the beach was about 10 minutes but that was fine. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back in the future. Thanks for having us.

Polomar is a lovely spacious property well capable of accommodating our party of 7 adults and an infant 18mth. Situated just 5 mins from Mullins beach (our fav) and on a bus route and easy reach to Holetown and Speights town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the only downside as it was the rainy season the access road to the property is in poor repair and flooded. Also, when wet, the tiles round the pool became very slippery and a hazard for little ones.

Fantastic, and good value, villa in a great part of the Island

Lucy and Mikey (House keeper) were fantastic at making sure we had a great trip. The fridge was stoked, we had a chef two nights and Mikey helped with anything we needed. The Villa is very comfortable, with a nice living room area, and plenty of outside space. The pool area is very basic but we spent most of our time out and at the beaches. Great spot!

Highly Recommended

We have just returned from a 14 night stay in this great Villa. 12 adults and a child stayed meaning we had full use of both the main villa and the cottage. The pool was a great size for relaxing and cooling off, the walk to the beach took about 5 minutes, and there were plenty of watersports, sun loungers and bars close by. Mick the manager of the Villa was super helpful, and very quick to respond to us, and the housekeeping team were thorough and came in 3 times per week. We also paid additionally to have a chef cook us some Bajan cuisine it was amazing! We travelled for my daughter's wedding and we used the outside area to have a beautiful Bajan wedding feast afterwards (cooked by Joel the Chef). The pictures are a good representation of the Villa. If you are up and about around 7 am you will see the monkeys playing in the trees. Overall our stay was great, and i would highly recommend considering this property.

Superb outside space and location

We stayed here as a group of three adult couples. We all loved it! The outside space overlooking the ocean, with direct access from the terrace into the beach couldn’t have been better. Lucy and the house manager were a great source of info before we arrived and the house manager arranged car and restaurant bookings for us too. The bus stop is straight outside so we just took a taxi to and from the airport and either took the bus or walked to other places. Frankly the deck area and pool were so good we tended to eat out but get back to our villa ASAP!! Inside there is a master suite with an incredible view and the other two doubles are nice enough but no views. Kitchen and equipment good enough. Lounge is small for 6 people but with good weather we ate outside and stayed outside til we went to bed too.

Fabulous

The house was perfect for our extended family group. The house provided great social spaces and is in a lovely location close to beautiful beaches and a good variety of bars and restaurants. We did have some bad weather for the first couple of days and we’re so glad we were staying in this lovely spacious house with great covered outside areas. We were greeted and looked after by the house Manager Mike who was really helpful in arranging transport and shopping etc. we would definitely return as a great time was had by all.
