Cozy and Convenient

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in process was very easy. The loft was exactly the right amount of space. The location is very convenient for walking to downtown Flag with all the restaurants and shops nearby. Would certainly stay at this property again.

This apartment is extraordinary. The location is right downtown. Everything you need is close by. The apartment is updated, clean and it has really comfortable furnishings. It’s my new favorite place to stay in Flagstaff.

Great location

Loved the loft, great spot by Downtown and comfortable beds. Easy walk to restaurants and drive to Humphreys. Nice to have a place to chill on the small patio as well.

Family Fun

We had a wonderful stay. So close to down town, It was fun to walk down for lunch and dinner. We also would go walk for coffee in the mornings. The location worked out perfect. It was great accommodations for a weekend stay. Easy parking, Cozy beds. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Loft on Humphreys! The space is very clean and cozy, with plenty of room. The front patio has a great view of the surrounding trees and it was a nice place to watch the sunset. The host was friendly and super responsive. The location is perfect, close to all of the downtown restaurants and stores. Check in was easy and the loft was stocked with everything we needed. The fans in each room worked well to circulate fresh air from the windows and the AC units kept it cool. Plus there was plenty of parking onsite. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay overall. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was not able to keep up with the mid-July heat. The property owner indicated that they would be fixing the A/C unit soon, so hopefully has been resolved for subsequent guests. Besides this, a very nice home close to everything in downtown Flagstaff.

Recent upgrades are evident. Modern appliances and equipment in kitchen. However, while we wanted to be close to Downtown Flagstaff, the street noise on Humphrey's was too much, especially from the front bedroom that overlooks the street. It was an unusually hot weekend in Flagstaff and while there is A/C, it struggles to cool comfortably. We wanted to open the windows at night, but there were no screens on the windows in the bedrooms, so that was not an option. Further, the traffic noise would have been worse. For most of the year, this would not be an issue. Still, overall it was a good stay.

Thank you for your review. We hope you enjoyed your stay and the closeness to downtown despite the downtown street noise which is out of our control. Flagstaff has also been experiencing a much warmer August as we have not had the monsoons to help cool things off. We do suggest opening the windows in the mornings and evenings even just for a little while to cool things down.

Excellent location for a northern AZ getaway - we loved having a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer available as we went on hikes around the area. We had difficulty regulating the temperature of the unit at night (it is an older building) but overall had a very comfortable stay!
