Estamos Slopeside con una vista completa al norte / este, Dobie Mountain Condominium, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, y recientemente renovado. Nuevos aparatos de cocina y encimeras, muebles recuperados, pisos de madera dura, nuevos tocadores de baño, duchas y aseos - es hermoso !! Terraza acristalada hundido con chimenea y vistas espectaculares vistas a las pistas, ascensor expreso, y parque de snowboard. Usted no tiene que dejar el apartamento a ver FREESTYLES razas doble cruz! El dormitorio principal con vistas a las pistas. La unidad está a poca distancia de la casa de campo principal de tiendas y restaurantes. Reservados plaza de aparcamiento.

Aunque conocido por la temporada de esquí, Primavera, Verano, Otoño y son nuestros momentos favoritos del año para visitar Wintergreen. Hay demasiadas actividades al aire libre a la lista, pero un par de nuestros favoritos son el tenis, el golf, el senderismo, cata de vinos, antigüedades, festivales de música y La Cúpula, El Centro de la Naturaleza Wintergreen, y simplemente sentarse en el balcón tomando el fresco de la montaña aire. El fuera de límites Adventure Park dispone de un parque de skate, paintball, y la tirolesa recientemente añadido. Guías profesionales están disponibles para el ciclismo de montaña. Nuestro perro le encanta ir de excursión alrededor de Wintergreen. Lago Monocan está cerca y tiene numerosas actividades disponibles. Todo tiene una ubicación céntrica y hay servicio de traslado situado justo en frente de nuestro condominio, que está disponible de 7 am hasta la medianoche por lo que la conducción es opcional.

Great condo! We loved watching the action on the slopes outside in the sunken living room. The condo is clean, well stocked with dish ware, has two nice showers, a storage closet for ski gear, a comfy beds. The host is responsive and was a great help getting us to the condo location and answered the questions quickly A couple of things to note that are not controlled by owner: if you are staying here while they make snow, it is super loud and hard to sleep. The restaurants in the village are not great; there is very little fresh fruit/vegetables available and our two kids both got food poisoning.

Awesome Condo, Great location!!

We LOVED our stay at this adorable condo in Wintergreen. I loved being able to see the kids ride up the lift and talk to them before they disappeared into the snow trails again. Our youngest (teenager) loved the freedom of closing down the slopes each night when the rest of us were wiped out. The condo had an adorable fireplace area to cozy up around, the rooms were good size. Bunks need to be a little bigger in height for bottom use, but all and all the house was great.

Family Ski Vacation

My wife, three daughters (ages: 5y, 3y, 11m), and I stayed in this lovely slope-side condo the weekend of 2/20-24/25. This was our first trip to Wintergreen with children and this condo was perfect for it, the condo provided a prime location for viewing the ski slopes and easy accessibility to the slopes for us to come and go. It was our oldest and middle daughter’s first time skiing, so easy access to the condo for those times they wanted to warm up or grab a bite to eat was essential and this condo served that purpose perfectly. We look forward to many more ski trips and would love to stay here again in the future!

We made it !

We had a terrifying drive in a snowstorm to the unit . One more inch and we would have been sliding backwards ( always take a 4 wheel drive ) Had snow chains but lost one about an hour away . But when we got to our unit it was a wonderful relief , very cozy and comfortable . This unit has spectacular views . The night skiiing view and the sunrise was truly magical . Our 2 ski days were perfect ! It was worth the drive ! Would definitely book again .

Perfect spot

It doesn’t get better than this for location at wintergreen. Especially if you’re traveling with teens who can swing in and out for snacking and getting warm at will. Host was wonderful and very communicative. Only had a couple of issues. The light over the stove wasn’t working but I’m sure they’ll have replaced that by next visitors. One thing to be cautious of is that the stove vent is one of those microwave vents above the stovetop that was so prevalent in the 80s/early 90s. If you’re searing with the large front eye then the microwave vents don’t stick out far enough over the pan to capture all the smoke so you’ll need to move to a rear location or you’ll get smoked out. We lived this place though and would happily rent it again.

Stunning Ski Get Away!

This exceeded all of my expectations. This was a perfect getaway for a Dad and four teen boys. The kitchen had everything I needed to keep to fuel going for them to ski in/out all day and night.The fireplace and provided firewood is perfect for quickly drying ski gear along with the dryer, and the radiant heaters. We walked to dinner, I did work in the Mountain Inn one afternoon and waved at my crew as they walked around and met others in their cohort.Most amazing memory is sitting on the balcony, my kid yelling out "Hey dad, I'm hungry" and I said come inside, and 2 minutes later he walked over to the door to this wonderful condo. Love this place. Life memories.This is a gem. I cannot wait to go back!

Great place to enjoy Wintergreen

Excellent location! Watch all the activities in the main area. I got to see Oktoberfest and the Haunted Ski Lift rides. Roomy condo. Warming sun in the morning and cool breezes at night. Look forward to going back!

Everything we needed plus beautiful views

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. It was spacious, cozy, had all the necessary amenities, and the views were spectacular. We loved hanging out in the sunken living room with the fireplace. The host was very responsive and we will certainly recommend it to friends and stay here again.

Great Getaway!

My family of 3 and our dog stayed over memorial day weekend. It was wonderful. The place was cozy and exactly what we were looking for. We built a fire each night and watched movies. The way the house was set up, we could put our dog crate near the tv and it was out of the way of foot traffic (which isn't always the case in condos). We could easily walk to everything at Wintergreen. This was great for the memorial day festival but I bet it would be even better as a ski in/out condo. The lift is at your door. The host was very responsive. I just want to note the pizza place, Upper Crust, has a low rating of 3.5 on google but it was delicious! Make sure you get pizza from there. We hope to come back soon.

Perfect getaway in Wintergreen Resort!

We had a wonderful time in Wintergreen the last weekend in February. The property was perfect. The host was amazing and the home was well equipped and the views were breathtaking. The location is so convenient. We took our 3 kids to learn to ski for their 1st time and it was magical, despite the record highs and the early closure of the season, we made memories for a lifetime! We will definitely be back to renting this gem in the Blue Ridge mountains again. Highly recommend you do too!

Great spot!

Perfect spot for visiting Wintergreen. Walk right out to the ski slopes! Also an easy walk to the Mountain Inn and nearby restaurants. Didn’t use our car once the entire stay.

Wonderful Annual Fam Ski Trip

Accomodations were perfect for our family ski trip. Perfect location and the best dobie and owners. Highly recommend this place for a family of 6. We had a great time and when we weren't on the slopes, the view of the Express lift was perfect. We will stay here again next year. Thank you

We are an active traveling family with 5 vacation properties for rent. This two bedroom slope side condo, plus a studio, one-bedroom, 3 bedroom condos and a 4 bedroom house on the golf course all in Wintergreen, Virginia, and two ocean front houses in Oak Island, NC . Vacation Year Round in one of our wonderful homes! We offer 10% discounts for customers who stay in two our homes in the same year. We are pet friendly because ours are a part of the family. We love to ski and play tennis as a family, but travel frequently for Sarah (Mom) who is a frequent triathlon competitor. The girls all learned to ski at Wintergreen and all have gone on to compete for Wintergreen! Out of these three home Wintergreen is by far the most special to us. We have spent the most time here as a family and in doing so instilled a love in being together. We believe it helped us raise our children to make better choices as they grew and spent more time away from us.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

My husband Lyons grew up in Virginia and skiing at Wintergreen. This mountain instilled in him a passion for skiing, so he chose Univ. of Utah for his undergrad and a chance to ski more. It was our dream to own a Dobie condo at Wintergreen. Now our girls have all learned to ski here and compete for Wintergreen race team. I'm from NH and I'm reminded of my home when I'm at Wintergreen. We ski in Virginia and its cool in the summer, what more could we ask for. I love being at Wintergreen in the Spring, Summer and Fall as much as the Winter. It is always 10 degrees cooler and has that mountain feel to it. We play tennis daily at WTGs amazing tennis facilty with several clay courts. We also love hiking year round, but Harley our dog, loves this the most! Wintergreen is our refuge, its our family get-away. As I say to my husband, 'it brings me great joy.' Hope it brings you joy as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We chose Dobie for the sunken 'pit' with windows surrounding the fireplace and all day sunshine! It is so close to the mountain Inn we felt safe letting the girls go there alone. We can ski in and ski out and play on the mountain the rest of the year. We walk to the restaraunts and the children ski home when they are tired, we aren't fetching them in a car. It is so convenient and safe. Additionally, we think we have one of the best views on the mountain. In the summer we can hear the concerts from our balcony and on the 4th of July we step outside and watch the fireworks show above.
