This renovated & beautifully decorated studio in Music City offers you plenty of space for a fun weekend in Nashville! 8th Avenue/Melrose is one of the hottest neighborhoods in the city, bordering 12 South and only minutes from Broadway. With award-winning restaurants and bars, you can find it all & you can WALK to it too (We personally love Sinema for a fancy dinner, First Watch for brunch and M.L. Rose for burgers and the best waffle fries! There is also Melrose Billiards for a late night drink and game of pool.) You'll find all the amenities you need (see full list below). We don't serve breakfast, but we do have complimentary tea and coffee!
Nearby: Downtown Nashville, Nissan Stadium, Geodis Park, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, Music City Center, Belmont & Vanderbilt.

Neighborhood swimming pool only for guests staying in these studios! Cute seating area with picnic tables/bistro tables and the dreamiest hanging lights for a night hang by the pool.
Brand new comfy bed with a 12" memory foam mattress! The sleeper sofas also have memory foam mattresses.
Air conditioning & heat!
Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove/oven, cookware, dinnerware, some spices, toaster, Keurig coffeemaker, & some coffee, sugar, and creamer to get you started!
Plenty of parking lot parking, but street parking is available too and it's FREE!
Ample storage space for clothes and suitcases with built-in shelves/cabinets and hangers provided!
Large shower & tub!
Comfy living room space with a smart TV where you can watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. with your login!
Free WIFI!
Fresh & clean bed linens provided for the bed and sleeper sofas!
Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap will be provided!
Hair dryer and clothing steamer provided. We also have an emergency sewing kit!
An initial round of toilet paper & paper towels will be provided! After that you can stock up at the nearby Kroger - 0.7 miles from the studio!
Washer and dryer onsite! It is not in our unit, but there is a community laundry room in the complex.
