Casa Arena's Penthouse is a second floor rooftop studio in a new, modern, gated 5-unit development called Cerritos Dreams that is walking distance from the Cerritos Beach surf area and fabulous restaurants.

This Penthouse Studio is perfect for a couple looking for a modern stay that is just a five-minute walk to the beach, surf break, and restaurants. It has comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, lots of space, and a view of the main Cerritos surf break.

The entire Cerritos Dreams development is walled, with secure off-street parking for your vehicle. There is also a shared central pool with a gas BBQ, shaded palapa, lounge chair seating, dining seating, bar seating and outdoor fitness equipment. The pool area also has its own bathroom and shower for clean up. Grill some fresh fish on the BBQ while watching the spectacular Cerritos sunsets from the pool area. It is a great space for hanging outdoors for family-style meals, games, or just an afternoon siesta in the sunshine.

The Penthouse has a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, and open dining and living area. It has a large comfortable chaise lounge couch to stretch out on to read a book, listen to music, or watch the flat-screen Smart TV. Listen to music from your own device via bluetooth, stream movies, play games, or step onto the roof deck to watch the ocean, hang in a hammock, or entertain around the BBQ island and firepit. There is also high speed Starlink internet, books, beach chairs, towels, and a big umbrella to ensure you always have something to do.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, 2 burner induction stove top, microwave, and coffee maker. All plumbing is connected to a whole-house, 4-stage, water filtration system so you don't have to worry about the water quality.

There is an American-sized queen bed with night stands, wood closet cabinets, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and operable windows to the private roof deck. It has a fully-appointed private bathroom with lots of storage, a sink, toilet, and shower. The bathroom includes biodegradable shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap, as well as a couple of extra razors and toothbrushes in case yours didn't make it into your luggage. The Penthouse includes includes sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and separate beach towels. We also have some sunscreen, insect repellent, and extra USB chargers, should you need them.

Cerritos is a relaxed community. Our main objective is to make your stay with us comfortable, memorable, and keep you coming back for more. From surfing and paddleboarding in the warm southern Baja Pacific ocean in Cerritos, snorkeling with whale sharks and sea lions in La Paz, pickleball, tennis and yoga Pescadero, hiking in the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, or simply getting a massage and margarita on the beach, this home is a great base camps to experience it all.

GUEST ACCESS
The Penthouse has exclusive access to the roof deck, and will also be able to access all of the community amenities such as gated parking, swimming pool, lounge areas, poolside bathrooms, an outdoor shower, BBQ island area, and outdoor fitness equipment.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
To keep things easy, we provide self-check-in with keyless access. 3 days before check-in you will receive an email with a 4-digit access code that will lock/unlock the doors during your stay, and provide information on how to use the home's appliances and amenities, as well as our recommendations on activities, shopping, and restaurants. We want to make sure your stay is comfortable, so although we won't be on-site, we're only a Phone/Whats App call, text, or email away.

INTERNET
Casa Arena has wifi internet throughout via Starlink, so this is a great place for a working holiday. It supports email, browsing, multiple instances of teleconferencing, and streaming your favorite apps. The Smart TV has many apps pre-installed, like Hulu, Netflix, Sling, ESPN, and Amazon Prime, so just log in with your credentials on the TV, and enjoy your favorite shows, or, use the provided HDMI cable to connect your own device for streaming.
