Built in early 2024 Smoky Mountain Time sits on a private acre of land and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a Hot Tub and a great deck overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. All our guests also have access to a community pool, café, and a catch and release fishing pond as well.

Really clean and secluded nicely with nature. Directions were a little off with regard to the last road to cabin. The road is actually right of the sign and not the left. The road to the left is VERY dangerous. All of the beds were really hard and hurt all of our backs

Cabin was nice and clean. Hot tub was great, it was extremely quiet at night sitting on the porch and peaceful which is what we wanted. Secluded enough but not too far away from eating places. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of potholders. We cooked in the oven one night and luckily it was baked potatoes so I was able to remove them with tongs that were there, as I didn’t find any potholders anywhere. Other than that it was a great relaxing weekend! We would certainly stay here again.

The cabin was super nice and we will definitely go back. It was clean and in a great location. Great couples get away. The main bed is a queen not king. We didn’t mind. The bed did have a plastic bed protector. I think a padded fabric water proof protector would have been better. The plastic ones are noisy and not comfortable. That’s is just a personal preference. Five stars!

I can't say enough good things about how clean, cozy, beautiful, and well designed the layout of this cabin is! We were there for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect and easy to get in and out of for shopping! The host is very quick to answer any of your questions or meet your needs! Book it today! Very Peaceful

We very much enjoyed our stay. We found the cabin to be well eqipped and extremely peaceful. We visit Gatlinburg at least twice a year and would definitely recommend.

Great cabin!

Me and my friends stayed here and we loved it. The cabin is beautiful, the view is awesome, the hot tub is lovely, in the kitchen was perfect. The one problem was that there was no dustpan so it was tough to sweep things, but other than that, great stay. We will definitely be here again!

Our trip was very special because my mom celebrated her 95th birthday at the cabin. Long story short, she absolutely LOVED her birthday week in the Smokey Mountains!The cabin is identical to the listing, so don’t hesitate to book! It’s clean, spacious, secluded, and feels as if it’s in the clouds!We spent a very relaxing week at the cabin and are are already planning a return trip for next year! Speaking of seclusion, we even saw a cute “young” bear, who stopped by to say hello :-)

The place was new, very secluded and within minutes to all attractions and grocery stores and restaurants

I stayed there with my family and daughter. Everything in the place was new very clean. Nice Mountain View. We enjoyed the barbecue and the place was great. I recommend it very much.Definitely will stay there again. And Walt was a great host.

Best Cabin ever!

Cabin in the Clouds was truly remarkable. I've never seen a cleaner cabin. Our kids were comfortable and we loved it. Will book again next time!

A wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed the cabin and the peaceful environment! Everything was exactly as described and the details such as the robes were such a nice touch! The bedroom downstairs did stay warm even with the AC on, but I’m sure that could've been fixed if we had used the ceiling fan. The reason we chose not to do that was because the fan was very loud. Overall we were super pleased and will be booking again for our next trip!

Beautiful cabin.

Great location, we enjoyed our stay. A few thoughts/suggestions. Upon arrival it was noticed that the floor was pretty dirty and the kitchen table required wiping down. We were going to sweep the floor but there was no dust pan. The kitchen garbage can is extremely small so we were taking on the garbage very frequently, perhaps a larger one would be more efficient. We did a lot of cooking at the cabin, pot holders to pull out hot items would have been helpful. We had 11 wasps in the upstairs bathroom, along with a lot of hair in the drain. The spare pillows did not have sheets, nor did the pull out bed. When we pulled out the pullout it was covered in sand. We would also suggest an exterminator to come in as there was a lot of insects crawling throughout the house especially on the kitchen counter. We would stay here again and will be back in the area again for business. Hopefully these suggestions can be put into play. We would be happy to return. Thank you again, it was a great vacation.

Please provide a cookie sheet and oven mitts. It was challenging to find the cabin at night in the rain. Adding a few basic spices (salt and pepper) would be nice along with a few more cooking essentials.
