The 3 bedrooms of the chalet are perfect to relax and recharge. The first bedroom, with its queen-size bed, features an adjacent bathroom for privacy and comfort for its occupants. The second bedroom, with its queen-size bed and bunk bed with 2 single beds, is perfect for families or groups of friends. The third bedroom, located on the mezzanine, offers panoramic views of the mountains and is equipped with a queen-size bed for peaceful and restful nights. There is a sofa bed in the living room.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a true masterpiece, with its central island that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The dining table for 10 people will allow you to share memorable moments.

The kitchen is fully stocked, so you won`t need to bring anything else except your food! All the dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, and even a raclette kit, fondue kit, regular electric coffee maker, and Keurig are provided for your use!

Our chalet is equipped with an outdoor hot tub where you can unwind while admiring the horizon and the stars in the night sky.

The radiant floors on the garden level and the heated floor on the ground floor will keep you cozy during the cooler months, while the air conditioners will keep you cool during hot summer days. The built-in ceiling speakers in all the main rooms will allow you to enjoy your favorite music in exceptional sound quality.

One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $120 extra cleaning fee

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of the storage spaces.

*WARNING*
The chalet is located in a new area, so the roads are not yet paved. We advise you to come with a 4WD car with winter tires in winter and spring although the roads and the parking lot of our chalet are professionally cleared of snow.

⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.


*SOUND DEVICE*
It is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. In addition to a security camera pointing towards the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that our neighbours may hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record audio.

*CAMERAS*
Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.

*LAKE ACCESS*
Available from May 20-Oct 15th. Access to Lac Noir is at about a 4-minute drive down the hill. The access is a small path of about 100 meters which will lead you to a dock. There are no kayaks/paddle boards available.

*ANIMALS*
One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $120 extra cleaning fee

*EV CHARGER*
The EV charger is not functional and is not included in the rental offer.

*TV*
We have 2 smart TVs in the chalet, but do not offer cable channels.


*FIREPLACE*
There is a wood-burning fireplace. You have to bring your firewood as well as your kindling and/or paper to start a fire.

*OUTSIDE FIREPLACE*
The fire pit is not accessible from November 15th until April 30th.

*SOUND SYSTEM*
You have access to a sound system integrated into the chalet. You can connect to it directly through your music platform.Compatible with Spotify music app only.

*BATHROOMS*
**Make sure not to throw any baby wipes, condoms, tampons or others in the toilet, it will block our septic system which will stop functioning. A $1500 extra fee will be charged if you don’t use our toilets properly. We do have trash can in each bathrooms for that kind of trash.

**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
*TOILETTES*
**Ne jeter AUCUN déchets (produits hygiènes féminines, lingettes pour bébé, condoms dans les toilettes, etc), car cela pourrait bloquer la fosse septique. Un frais supplémentaire de 1500$ sera chargé pour toute mauvaise utilisation de nos toilettes. Il y a des poubelles à votre disposition dans toutes les salles de bain pour ce genre de déchêts.

⚠️ En raison de l’environnement naturel et boisé dans lequel se situe le chalet, des pannes d’électricité peuvent occasionnellement survenir, bien que cela demeure rare. Ces interruptions sont indépendantes de notre volonté et hors de notre contrôle. Nous ne pouvons donc malheureusement pas en être tenus responsables.

1. Un dépôt de sécurité supplémentaire de 500$ pourrait être demandé. Celui-ci sera remboursé dans les 3 jours suivants votre départ.

2. Le checkin peut être effectué à tout moment après 16h00. L`heure maximale de départ est 11h00. Il est extrêmement important de respecter ces heures d`arrivée et de départ afin d`éviter tous frais supplémentaires.

3. Il est strictement interdit de fumer du tabac, de la marijuana ou de vapoter dans le chalet. Le non-respect de cette règle entraînera une pénalité de 500 $.

4. Un petit chien par réservation peut être accepté avec un frais de ménage extra de 120$ et un dépôt de sécurité de 500$. Nous vous demanderons des informations sur celui-ci (taille) avant de l`accepter.

5. Les fêtes et le bruit excessif à l`extérieur du chalet ne sont pas autorisés. Le non-respect de cette règle entraînera une pénalité de 500 $ et une expulsion immédiate sans remboursement. Nous avons des systèmes de détection de bruit excessif sensibles au bruit à l`intérieur et à l`extérieur du chalet.

6. Si le chalet est laissé dans un état désordonné, des frais supplémentaires s`appliqueront. Tous types d`excréments (animaux ou humain) trouvés dans le chalet ou à l`extérieur de celui-ci seront chargés au coût de 60$/excréments. Par excréments on entends ; urine, caca, vomis ou autres substances similaires. À la fin de la location, l`eau du spa doit être aussi propre qu`à votre arrivée. Un supplément est appliqué pour tout départ tardif entre 11h00 et 13h00 retardant ainsi le travail de notre équipe de ménage. Tout invité qui est encore sur place après 13h00. sera facturé une nuit supplémentaire.

7. Les invités assument l`entière responsabilité de tout accident, blessure ou maladie survenant dans le chalet. En acceptant cette réservation, il est convenu que tous les invités assument expressément le risque de tout dommage découlant de leur utilisation des lieux. Les clients reconnaissent qu`ils peuvent personnellement souscrire une assurance pour se protéger contre de tels événements.

8. Si vous remarquez quoi que ce soit qui présente un danger pouvant causer des dommages au lieu ou aux personnes, faites-le nous savoir immédiatement.

9. Veuillez noter qu`il y a des caméras de sécurité à l`extérieur du chalet pour surveiller le nombre de voyageurs et pour s`assurer qu`il n`y a pas d`animaux. Bien entendu, afin de respecter l`intimité des locataires, les caméras ne pointent pas sur le spa. Il est interdit de déplacer l`angle des caméras ou de les déconnecter, cet acte sera jugé comme une tentative de cacher des éléments importants au propriétaire et par conséquent, mettra immédiatement fin à la location sans remboursement.

10. Si vous oubliez vos effets personnels lors de votre départ, des frais de gestion de 75 $ plus taxes s`appliquent.

11. Il est très important de respecter le voisinage, sur les quais qui donnent accès au lac, en écoutant votre musique et en parlant à un niveau qui n`affectera pas nos voisins. Les partys ne sont pas permis sur les quais. Un frais supplémentaire de 500$ sera chargé si ces conditions ne sont pas respectées.

12. Lorsque vous faites une réservation avec nous, vous acceptez toutes les règles ci-dessus.
