*Located at less than 10 minutes from Mont Blanc and less than 30 minutes from Mont Tremblant, our chalet is more than perfect to relax after a long day in nature.

*With its 4 closed bedrooms, with 2 having their own bathroom, its fully equipped kitchen, its 2 living rooms with one offering a pool table, Chalet Beauland was designed to offer an unforgettable stay for everyone.

*Outside, you will love its roof top patio giving access to a hot tub and sauna. We also have a cute backyard with a fire pit.

PETS
One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $120 extra cleaning fee + fees.

⚠️ Due to the natural, wooded environment in which the chalet is located, power outages may occasionally occur, although this remains rare. These interruptions are beyond our control, and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for them.

*CAMERAS*
Please note that we have security cameras outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. The cameras are located in front of the chalet pointing the parking and behind the chalet pointing the lake. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. We also have a sound device to make sure that the sound remains at a respectful level for our neighbours. This does not record conversations.

*TV*
We have two smart TVs in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV.

*FIREPLACE*
There is a wood fireplace at your disposal, you have to bring your own wood. Also, you must bring your own kindling and/or paper to facilitate starting.

*OUTSIDE FIREPLACE*
The fire pit is accessible from May 1st to November 15th

*BBQ*
From May 1st-Oct 15th

1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 4PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $1000 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.

6. If the chalet is left in a messy or disorderly condition, additional cleaning fees will apply. Any type of waste or bodily excrement (animal or human) found inside or outside the chalet will be charged at a rate of $60 per occurrence. Excrement includes, but is not limited to, urine, feces, vomit, or any similar substances.

At the end of the stay, the spa water must be as clean as it was upon arrival. An additional fee will apply for any late checkout between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., as this delays the work of our cleaning team. Any guest still on the premises after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night.

7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

9. Please note that there are security cameras outside the cottage to monitor the number of travelers and to ensure that there are no animals. Of course, in order to respect the privacy of tenants, none point to the spa. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.

10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.

11. If you leave with the remote of the fan in the bedroom upstairs (2nd floor), a $500 fee will be charged as it is really difficult to replace it.

12. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.

13. ****We advise you to come with a 4 wheel drive car with winter tires in winter and spring although the roads and the parking lot of our chalet are professionally cleared of snow.****
