Hermosa casa en la playa, Paradise Found!

A principios de la década de 1990 mis padres comenzaron a llevar a la familia a Ensenada, México y Baja Beach. Poco después, decidieron que querían construir una casa de vacaciones en la playa con una cosa en mente, una magnífica vista del Océano Pacífico. Con simple objetivo en mente, esta casa fue construida.

Nuestra prístina, (aprox) 2.000 pies cuadrados casa se encuentra en la playa, justo al sur del puerto de cruceros de Ensenada.

Nuestra casa tiene tres dormitorios y dos baños, con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente y se sienta en una de las playas más hermosas, no alteradas de arena en todo el mundo. Nuestra casa tiene ropa de cama, una cocina completa con nevera, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera y tostadora. Necesidad de lavar las toallas de playa sucia después de un día en la playa, ir al sótano, donde se encuentra una nueva lavadora y secadora. La habitación familiar tiene un televisor de 47 "LCD con acceso directo desde la televisión de los Estados Unidos junto con un reproductor BlueRay / DVD y un equipo de música. El dormitorio principal tiene un televisor LCD de 32 "con Netflix y un reproductor / DVD BlueRay.

La casa se encuentra a minutos de 'la famosa "La Bufadora" famoso por el buceo, buceo, ir de compras, y uno de los más grandes' Blow Holes 'en América del Norte. Esto es el paraíso de cuatro estaciones para los amantes del aire libre, pájaros de la nieve del invierno y vacacionistas de clima cálido por igual.

Centro de la ciudad de Ensenada se encuentra a poca distancia de la casa donde se encuentran restaurantes de cinco estrellas, tiendas libres de impuestos, clubes nocturnos, el surf y la pesca deportiva y observar a la gente. Es un mundo de Mariachis, y salsa, comidas exóticas, la cultura, y es prácticamente en el patio de San Diego. Tan cerca, tan fácil, ya la vez tan extraño. Ensenada es frecuentemente visitado por los cruceros de la princesa, Carinval y Royal Carrebiean; así que se pueden encontrar tiendas de caminar casi a diario de Ensenada.

Our favorite place!

This neighborhood has been our favorite place to get away for a peaceful beach vacation for years, and this home in particular has been our favorite place to stay when we're visiting.This time, we brought another family, and the experience leveled up yet again!We'll be back soon for another adventure...

Beach, Beach, Beach

Pros FABULOUS, long and wide beach just a few steps away. Usually deserted. Clean. Lovely house. Reasonable mattresses. Well equipped kitchen. Great terrace for beach viewing and sunsets. Helpful and responsive host. Cons Ugly deconstruction debris by terrace. No curtains or shades to shut our afternoon sun to keep cool or watch TV or use any of your devices. No table on the terrace for dining. Smells and smoke. In the evenings and early morning there is often smoke from burning trash as well as a sewer gas smell. It usually dissipates by 9:00 am. Considerations The tap water is safe to drink but tastes awful. Buying water is easy and cheap, but lifting the 50 pound jug could be difficult for some people. There are steps to negotiate to go up to the master suite, kitchen, and dining area. If you are unable to do steps it would be a problem. The smoke could be a problem for those who sensitive to air quality. La Marina restaurant up the road is a nice place for drinks, a bite to eat, and to watch the World Series.

Staying in beach house

We enjoyed our stay in this location. The host was very informative, check in was easy. House is nice and clean. The only complain we had ( which might be out of control of the host) is we had quite a bit of ants in the bedrooms ( no food around) and they got in our luggages, however after using bug spray it got little better. I also have to mention that there is not hot spa as listed on the amenities list and no kids bowls or utensils also listed. Lastly we were bothered by having to strip all the beds including sheets and pillows and bringing it downstairs towards washmashine, I feel like the cleaning fee should cover that and we have never have to do that before.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at the beach house. Loved the location-- direct access to the beach (short walk). The house was as described, the owner had very detailed instructions that we just referred to throughout our stay if we needed something. My husband was able to watch football games. No issues with getting hot water. Short drive (15 min.) to the Bufadora. Overall our family had a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful weekend

Spent a 3 day weekend here with another couple. Beautiful property right on a great beach. Can’t wait to go back! Only recommendation is a water hose to spray off outside. Loved that our fur babies could come along and they LOVED the beach! Lots of room to run and play or plop and meditate!

I stayed there fifteen years ago a number of times and the property has been kept up and improved.

We had a wonderful time with our parent for their 60th anniversary. The beaches were quiet and clean! Everything worked well in the home. Thank you!

Great house!!!

My family came down for the Baja 500. We stayed in this house about 22 yrs ago. This house is incredible.. The kitchen has everything you need even some spices. The view is amazing. Close to town, La Bufadora and restaurants. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you

Very private and very clean. Extremely comfortable

We had a group of five, including 3 teenage boys. There was plenty of room and plenty of activities to keep them happy and occupied. The views from the house were amazing. No matter where you are at in the house it seems you always have a great view of the beach. We loved the privacy of the property and the beach. But still not to far from some good food and stores. We highly recommend this property to anyone . Great times

Had a great time! Family friendly paradise!

We are from Central Valley California. A family of 7 adults on a family trip to visit relatives and learn our roots. Upon our arrival we were driving up the dirt road (punta Banda)and were kinda worried about the area because it was getting dark and close to sundown. But don't let that drive in fool you, remember, it is Mexico. We walked in the front door and our mouths dropped on how beautiful the view was with the sunset! The property has plenty of amenities and linens were fresh and clean. There was no worries with insects or bugs inside the home. Restrooms were good size. The showers had hot water and no issues. I would like to have had more privacy from the bathroom windows but it was ok. Plenty of dishes and utensils to use and cookware to cook with. A blender for the margaritas! Just remember, don't drink the water! The dishwasher was awesome because it was very quiet! We had great memories and kids enjoyed themselves! Beds were comfy and we were able to watch the hockey playoffs as well! Groceries were not too far away. Don't forget to get firewood! Costco and Walmart are about 15-20 min away. Prices are crazy awesome to buy groceries. The Bufadora was real close too. You have to go try the tacos at el zaparzo. Yummy! I wish we went to porta Nuevo. I head they have lobster there. We always visit cazuelas for breakfast. We stayed 5 days. I would be totally surprised if someone was dissatisfied with this property. I 100% recommend this property! It is not the ritz but it is a nice place. We would, no , we will be returning here for another vacation soon. The communication was easy and owner was very nice. They use PayPal instead of vrbo and it was a safe and a secure transaction. I paid a regular rate and was not given a discount for this review

Love this place!

Our family has been going to Punta Banda for years and this home is one of our favs. Beautiful location with amazing views just steps from the sand. Seriously one of the best kept secrets in Baja.

Great location for quiet on the beach getaway

Well the first day we arrived at property there was a wind and rain storm in Ensenada that day and there was no power to the house this home relies on power to run everything lights, water etc. Made a call to owner as it was getting dark and cold at that point, Michael answered my call and within 20 min had the power up and going we had no other issues with power for the next 5 days. The water system is a well type so you need to be kinda careful with using water I.e long showers etc. We made a call to associattion while we were ther and they filled for remainder of our trip. House layout and the outside Patio area gave you full views of the ocean daily and we used the outside fire pit and outside BBQ every night. All in all great house and location for our trip.

Awesomeness

This is such a great house. This is my 4th time here in the last year. Awesome views. Nicely furnished, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and Always clean. If you want to get away from day to life this is the place to come relax.

The best beach vacation value on the west coast.

Great customer service, well kept house, fantastic beach and the adjacent bird sanctuary makes it even better. I have been bringing my wife and four kids here almost every year for the last 10 years. We love it. Nice clean white tile floors, modern layout, the master bedroom is great! Stocked with beach toys and towels saves hauling all that down. Everything works. Nearby HOA maintenance people are terrific at solving problems and easily available. We love it! Try Mama Bear Pizza for some local high quality gringo food and Vonny's Fleet for fishing. He is on facebook.

Relaxing spacious home

Very pleasant experience over all. My only complaint would be the low water level alarm that went off once at a early morning hour around 3 AM. And twice after that. The house was very clean except the rear windows that where filthy. Tried to contact owner via e mail to possibly get someone out to clean them with no response. Ended up cleaning them myself. Besides these two issues,the place is great!

WOW! Amazing beach home

Take your breath away views from inside and outside this amazing beach home. The home had everything needed for a great family vacation at the beach. Collecting sand dollars, boogie boarding, making s'mores by the fire and playing in the soft fine sand were the kids favorites. Relaxing, reading, walking the beach and watching the big show (sunset) every night were the adult favorites. When we went out for the day the best part was coming back to the house. Opening the door and stepping inside you would gasp seeing the view. Once at the house you did find paradise. Thank you for a great time. Best Regards, Rose

Great house + location.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was fully loaded with utensils, we had towels and everything. The beach behind the place was not crowded at all and felt like our own exclusive beach. I'm not too much for words but I'll say I highly recommend this place.

Perfect

This place was perfect for our family! We did a lot of boogie boarding, hiked the bird trail, hiked the beach, went hot potting on the beach to the south, saw the blow hole and had some great meals. It was amazing to wake up to a sunrise right from one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Nice selection of dvds and books. The Best fish taco stand just before the turnoff down the dirt road to the house. Its on the north side of the road. Fun to shop in the local mini markets. Paradise for sure. Just needs a surfboard or two...

Relaxing and Serene beach front home

My husband and I enjoyed the house with our 2 boys (5 and 10). We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The house has all of the amenities of home (towels, pots, pans, plates, etc) plus wifi throughout the house as well as netflix. There is a BarBQ pit in the back yard which made it convenient for us to have a nice cook out. Michael is an awesome owner and made himself available for any questions we had - he was super helpful. I would definitely recommend his home to anyone interested in vacationing at the beach in Ensenada.

Charming home.

Great home for a relaxing get-away. Michael was very helpful and had plenty of great advice as far getting to the home and around. The home was perfect for me and 3 friends. Cons: Internet down during our stay (not the end of the world. We were there to get away after all). The living room area could use some curtains for a little privacy from the neighbors

incredible get away

Just got back from spending an awesome weekend at the most incredible house. This house is everything you love about Mexico without any of the hassles. Perfect place for a family vacation or just a weekend getaway, Everyone I went with plans on making this a regular destination.
