GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire basement apartment with their own kitchen, bathroom, living room, multiple sleeping areas and arrangements, and laundry.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is a 3 ft wide staircase with shorter steps that leads down to the 900 sq ft basement 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and there are five stairs that lead up to the entry door from sidewalk.

Although there is insulation between floors, you will hear some normal "living" noises such as plumbing, footsteps or voices from the main floor above.

RING DOORBELLS:
We utilize Ring video doorbells for our guests' safety. This also allows us to ensure the booking details are accurate -- if more people than are listed attempt to check in, or someone other than the person who made the reservation checks in, we'll be alerted.

GATHERINGS:
Please be respectful of our neighbors. If you're looking to stay up until all hours of the evening, this is not the place to stay.
