A breathtaking view of blue-hued ridges awaits at this country home, beautifully situated atop a quiet knoll in the outskirts of Newland. The Blue Ridge Parkway is practically at your doorstep, giving you easy access to some of the prettiest landscapes in Western North Carolina.

Our three-story home enjoys a secluded setting just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, about two miles up the road from Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing Park. This is a haven for getting outdoors, whether you head to Linville Falls (six miles), Linville Vinery (six miles), Grandfather Mountain State Park (nine miles), Sugar Mountain Resort (13 miles), or the charming towns of Banner Elk (15 miles) and Blowing Rock (22 miles).

After a memorable day spent hiking, mountain biking, or waterfall-chasing, come home to unwind in the lovely outdoor spaces. There are covered decks on one side of the house, an open sundeck on the other, and a firepit to cozy up to once the evening air turns cool.

Inside, find charming living spaces that include a well-equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, and a living room with a TV for your evening entertainment. There's one bedroom on the main floor and two more upstairs. A home laundry room and complimentary WiFi are provided for your convenience as well.
