We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making everything easy from start to finish. The house itself was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. We loved gathering around the spacious dining table for meals and board games, and the beds were extremely comfortable with just the right level of firmness.Having a bathroom on every level was a huge convenience, and the pellet stoves kept the whole home warm and inviting. The downstairs area was wonderfully cozy for movie nights, and the game table provided plenty of entertainment. The hot tub was an amazing bonus—we spent several evenings relaxing under the stars.The location was ideal for exploring Bailey and the surrounding towns. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely return.

This was a mother/daughter trip to the mountains. This home was very clean and comfortable. Cute decor. Located in a very peaceful and quiet area. Close to places we wanted to visit.

We had a blast here. The down stairs area is where we spent most of our time. Played many games of pool and ping pong. The hosts we amazing made sure we got into the cabin and check in on use through our trip. Overall, we had a great experience with booking this cabin.

This property was the perfect location for our get-away with another couple. The whole reason for our trip was seeing Heart at Red Rocks for my birthday, and we also celebrated our friends’ 34th anniversary. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the howling wolves in the distance and the birds and deer in the yard. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. So many excursions and sites to see in the area, and we really enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend!

It was nice and quiet. The house was a little sparsely stocked in the kitchen, but I imagine it is not occupied full time by anyone, so having condiments or extra storage containers just isn't practical. The bedrooms were nicely appointed, with plenty of towels, linens, and places to sit. It made for a lovely girls weekend, and the nearby town of Bailey was very cute.

Really beautifully decorated, comfortable and cozy. There was lots to entertain us when we weren't out hiking at Staunton State Park such as the hot tub, pool table and board games.

25th Anniversary Getaway

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. A great location with stunning views and a quiet mountain experience. All the amenities and a cozy place to stay. We caught a concert at Red Rocks and it was a quick 30 minute drive. We highly recommend!

Quick trip to the mountains for a Red Rocks Amphitheater concert

The property had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and hot water was abundant. Saw a few deer come through. There is no air conditioning but that wasn’t an issue at all. The bottom 2 floors were always cool and the upstairs bedrooms were cool at night for sleeping. Pool table and hot tub were great for our down time.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a brothers fishing trip. Fantastic place. Great communication from the host and everything was just as described. The beds were very comfortable!!

Mother's Day and Birthday Celebration

The property was perfect! Mark was great at providing a very accurate description on his listing. The deck outside was amazing, first night we had dinner with 8 deer stopping by. The area is remote enough that you feel you left the city, but close enough to get stuff you forgot. I will definitely book again for a girls weekend next time!!!

Great getaway in the mountains

What a cute and spacious getaway. It was very clean and cozy. The personal touches and extras well exceeded expectations. There were spices, coffee, ice cube molds, nice low ball glasses for drinks, fluffy cozy towels, toiletries, and much more. The pool table/ping pong table was great! The hot tub was a nice size and clean. My only recommendation would be to have some type of privacy face to block the houses on either side for the hot tub. Besides that, I would come back! The communication and info was very prompt and really appreciate the amazing customer service. Must book! Thanks!!

Nephew - Cousins wedding

Very confient location for a wedding the family was attending. The three bedrooms were perfect for the six of us. Hot tub was a nice addition.

Great getaway in Bailey.

This house is excellent for a family with kids. The game room is awesome. I had my 91 year old mother with me and might not have selected this place due to all the stairs if I had known. It's three stories and several steps to get to the front door, most without a railing. Mom is in pretty good shape for 91 so she managed it but this should be in the listing somewhere. Mark was super communicative and very responsive to every question we had. We had a blast playing Monopoly and watching birds from the lovely deck.

Quaint & Cozy

Mark’s mountain home is very cozy and in a quaint area. They did a nice job decorating and the place includes a well-stocked kitchen. Big bonus with the outdoor seating areas and being dog-friendly. Mark is also very responsive and eager to make sure your stay is great.

We live in Denver and LOVE going to Bailey to enjoy the mountains and outdoors whenever we can. It's a beautiful area with lots of wildlife and outdoor activities, and an easy drive to and from Denver. We enjoy camping, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, you name it!

The trees surroundin the house are beautiful. It really feels like you're in a tree house from our upstairs bedrooms. There's also quite a few deer that can be spotted in the backyard throughout the day.
