Experience an idyllic 100 m² holiday apartment in a beautifully restored sea house, offering direct access to the Hardangerfjord from a private pier. Start your day with a refreshing morning swim, unwind in the private sauna, or fish directly from the jetty. The apartment features a cozy wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and the convenience of a grocery store just 6 meters away. This prime location is ideal for excursions, with a short drive to the historic Barony Rosendal and the charming village of Rosendal. It's the perfect setting to relax and immerse yourself in the stunning Norwegian nature through hiking or enjoying the fjord.
**The Space**
Enjoy breathtaking sea and mountain views from both the kitchen and the south-facing veranda. A staircase leads from the veranda down to the wooden dock, providing seamless access to the fjord. The nearest neighbor is a grocery store, located just 6 meters away, ensuring convenience during your stay. After a session in the sauna, take a cooling dip in the fjord or try your luck fishing from the quay. Thanks to the crystal-clear water and sandy bottom, you can even watch fish and crabs swimming near the jetty, adding a delightful natural experience to your stay.

Guests have access to free parking space at the lake house for one car. For those arriving by plane to Bergen, there is a speedboat from the airport to Malkenes, followed by a bus to Ølve.
