Quaint cottage conveniently located on the edge of town and quick access to the beaches.

Our host, ***** was super friendly and helpful. On site parking was great. Pet friendly. Nice private porch off the kitchen with steps down to the yard was perfect too

Great location. Perfect for our needs. Wish there were more lights other than ceiling fans. Also would have been helpful to have check out instructions and info on how to use TV remotes. Would stay again.

The host was welcoming. The supplies were very helpful and appreciated. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the large screen TV in the living room. The bathroom was very tight and difficult to navigate. We had difficulty with the code for the lockbox and gaining access to the unit - which was complicated because we arrived after dark.

Suits me fine.

I loved the location mostly. Close to Pickleball, dog park and coywolf sightings. Loved the many cemeteries. Good bird sightings (for a birder).

Good value and pet friendly

This space was available when our groups plans changed and we needed a pet friendly rental. It was a good rental for 4 people and a dog but there are some changes I would like to see before we rent this place again. In a very quiet area and still very walkable with 2 parking spots (double parked). Overall, it was a okay place for what we paid and that allowed a pet.

Disappointed in Ptown

The property had a distinctive poor odor, the accommodations were dated, many lamps had no light bulbs, the main TV did not work. This property needs a makeover if they want to be successful.

The home was very cozy and clean. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient, as well as the complementary cleaning products. Kitchen appliances worked wonderfully. Bed was comfortable. Wifi did not work during entire stay and a few lightbulbs were flickering/dead. Otherwise, very accommodating.

Weekend Away!

We had a lovely few days at this apartment! The location was great, just a short walk from downtown! Cute two bedrooms! We didn’t use any if the appliances for laundry or coffee, but convenient that they were there! It was also nice that beach towels were available, although we didn’t use though either. The neighbors were also friendly! Don’t be confused by the initial lock box you encounter on the way up the stairs! The actual lock box with the key is on the door!! We would certainly stay here again!

A very old, cramped space for a very high price

The Vacasa posting is quite accurate. The apt is small, cramped, and very worn. Everything from the decor to the linen and bedding needs replacing. It would be suitable for 2 people at most, no more than that. The bathroom is tiny without ventilation and you can’t even stand near the toilet. Ptown prices are out of control - this place is not worth its cost but not surprising given what others are charging, especially when booking late. It was kept fairly clean (considering how old and worn it is), decent location, and easy check-in.
