Welcome to Heron Beach 103!! This updated first floor waterfront condo is in the amenity rich Heron Harbour community in Ocean City on 120th street bayside. This property provides the coastal peace and serenity your family has been longing for!
The open living area features a waterfront living room with a smart TV and full sleep sofa, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and separate dining area. There is a large, private, covered balcony, with a child safety gate, that leads directly down to the waterfront and offers beautiful views of the canal, bay and sunset. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, walks along the dock, boat watching in the canal, and watching the sun set and rise just steps from the back door!
The waterfront master bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and walk in closet, with private access to the back balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed. There is a second full bathroom with a shower, stacked washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi in the unit for your convenience.
3 outdoor community pool, including large family pool, adults only lap pool, and fenced baby pool are a 1-minute walk from the front door. Northside Park, which has walking trails, playgrounds, ballfields, and fishing piers, several restaurants such as Green Turtle, Crabcake Factory, pizza shops, shopping, amusements, coffee shops, gas stations, grocery stores, ice cream parlors and THE BEACH are all only a short 10-minute walk away!
This truly is the perfect spot for family and friends and is very kid friendly!!
For 7-night rentals, linens and bath towels are included in the price and as an added perk the main beds will already be made upon your arrival! Linen packages are available for rentals that are less than a full week for an additional fee. You also receive a discount for booking 7 or more nights! No smoking or vaping permitted on the property and no pets allowed. The minimum guest age is twenty-five years old. NO PARTIES OR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS.

Clean, dry and put away all used dishes and kitchen items.
Remove all personal items from refrigerator, cabinets, drawers, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. Dry sweep unit and place all trash in dumpsters.
Turn off fans and lights and lock all doors. RETURN RED POOL KEY TO REFRIGERATOR HOOK! Bag bed linens and towels and place outside front door.

We are a family with 2 young boys, so we are always on the move! We love being outside, crabbing, fishing, riding bikes and going for walks but can also sit back with our feet up watching a movie or playing a game! We love being able to share our OC condo with other families and groups of friends that can make memories and enjoy their time together. This condo gives you just that!

This community is extremely safe, quiet and family friendly! It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown OC and Coastal Highway but is still so close to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, liquor stores, ice cream and candy shops, pharmacies, and the beach! You can safely walk to it all! Everything your family will need is right at your fingertips!

We have put our personal touches into this condo while also keeping it super family and kid friendly! It truly is an escape and all of our worries just float away when open the front door. The back deck is our favorite place to relax as a family, play games and watch the boats go by. It is so peaceful. We hope that all guests love and enjoy it just as much as we do!
