Welcome to this newly updated 3/2 Heated* Pool home located in a quiet safe and peaceful neighborhood near everything! This beautiful, serene house is family-oriented and Pet Friendly. This Pool home has two wonderful decks for relaxation and BBQ. The upper deck with large dining table looks over the lower deck and the large pool. The primary Bedroom has a King bed, the other rooms have Queen beds.

Family and Pet friendly with a fenced backyard.

This was a gem of a property! The inside is very comfortable and the outdoor covered deck was perfect for cooking out - even in the rain! The pool was perfectly heated and clean. The location is a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to downtown Tallahassee to be convenient, but far enough out of downtown to unwind and relax. Gregg was super responsive too...we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

This house is wonderful for a family, plenty of space comfortable, quiet neighborhood and an enjoyable out door area. Gregg was wonderful to work with, accommodating as my plans changed. Even kind enough to mail something to me I forgot. Highly recommend!!!! I will be back with my daughter going to FSU.

Host was responsive & most accomodating. Property was in a quite neighborhood, cozy & spacious and met all of our family needs. The outdoor deck & pool was a delightful treat for both adults & kiddos. Will definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

We had a fantastic stay, the house is really well equipped, very clean and a lovely pool. We had our two pups as well who loved the yard. Owner Gregg could not have been more responsive and helpful. We will return next year and definitely want to rebook with Gregg

Great for our Family

We came to Tallahassee to visit family. The house and pool were absolutely perfect for us. The back porch is huge and great to hang out on while the kids are in the pool. The house and and pool were very clean, and the kitchen was perfect to cook in. The host was responsive to all my questions, and respectful. I would definitely stay in the house the next time we visit.

Great Home Near Campus and Capitol

Brought our teens to Tallyto catch the FSU game and check out the university. Had our dog. Place was big, clean, very pretty, and beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again!

Excellent clean home. Excellent host. A very quiet safe neighborhood away close to everything we needed. The host Gregg was so nice and accommodating to our needs. The heated pool was perfect for my family. We are definitely coming back.

Great Stay

We came to town for a college visit. The house was clean and spacious for our family, and it was in a great location, close to everything we needed for a short stay. The owners were flexible with tour needs and very friendly. We would stay here or at other properties with the owner. 10/10.

FSU football game

This place and the host sre awesome. Could not have pucked a better location. Host allowed us to get in earlier than normal and the location and place itself is perfect. Thank you we will be back many more times if available.

A lovely home and perfect to stay in if you're visiting Tallahassee, especially if you're visiting for events at FSU. The pool is heated, which was great because we visited in February. Super clean, easy parking, lots of extra towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cups, plates, etc. The backyard was fully fenced in, so if I come back, I would definitely bring my dog! One of the reasons I picked this location was because my parents are both elderly and this seem like it had good accessibility. My mom has vision issues (almost blind) and both of my parents have trouble with flights of stairs. There is one step leading up to the front door and no stairs inside of the house. There were stairs to get to the pool area, but not stairs to sit and enjoy the back deck, so my mom was able to go outside easily and enjoy the backyard. The inside was big and spacious inside with lots of lighting (and additionally the bedrooms had side tables that had nightlights inside of them, which was an added bonus!). This home would be a good fit for someone with a walker or a person with a wheelchair who can stand out of their chair for short periods of time (to make it up the singular front step and/or access the bathrooms).

Football weekend

Very nice and convenient to town. Wonderful backyard, swimming pool and deck. Well stocked for all our needs. Not sure the cleaning people are doing the best job, refrigerator smelled a little fishy. Other than that, it was wonderful. Open living area, lots of room, comfortable furniture.
