Mykonos is a luxurious 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Santa Barbara vacation home perfect for a small family.



The Space:

The spacious interior can accommodate up to 4 guests, and don't forget to bring your pup along as Mykonos is pet friendly! Surrounded by white walls and fine furnishings, guests can get their Greek island fix without even leaving California. Enjoy sunny days on the many outdoor decks or take a short bike ride down to the beach.



Please be advised there is construction noise in the neighboring unit and common garage area, during daytime hours, at least until, and possibly beyond the end of November. We are working with the neighbor to minimize any disruption during your stay. City allows for construction between 7am and 8pm.



Upon approaching this vacation rental guests will have access to a 1 car garage through the gated entry on the ground floor. he main level (3rd floor) of the home features a crisp white interior with blue coastal finishes. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating options placed around a gorgeous fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. After a day of exploring the city, light a fire and curl up on the couch to watch a movie. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for family entertainment.



Continuing past the living room guests will find an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen and dining area. Laundry closet is located off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a generous amount of counter space. Anyone will love cooking their favorite dishes in here, some may even be tempted to try out some new recipes. When your meals are ready to be served have all guests take a seat at the dining table. The dining table has seating for six, so everyone can enjoy a home cooked meal together.



The second floor holds the two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. At the end of the night when you are ready to receive a good night's rest, choose from the master and guest bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-size bed, TV, has a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom offers a tranquil morning - soak in the jacuzzi bathtub or enjoy the walk-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom holds a Queen-size bed, TV, reading nook, and similarly has an ensuite bathroom.



On the 4th floor, the rooftop terrace may be the best feature of this home. A variety of outdoor seating is sprawled along the deck. Settle down in front of the outdoor fireplace or fire up the grill to dine alfresco. While lounging in this area you are sure to witness some breathtaking sunsets as the sky transforms to pinks and golds.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250 per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
