Property is available from Friday, October 23rd to Friday, October 30th, and can ALSO be rented as a 2-bedroom suite (sleeps 8) or a 1-bedroom suite (sleeps 6). RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE (just send us a message) depending on the number of nights and the number of rooms that are rented. Also, we offer a 10% discount for renting the entire week (Friday- Thursday).

There is also a window view containing a patio table and two chairs. Although this studio is perfect for that romantic getaway for two people, it can also be rented as a 2-bedroom suite to accommodate 8 people, OR a 1-bedroom suite to accommodate 6 people.

Beach-side Neighborhood:
The property is within a beach-side neighborhood which is full of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Also within walking distance is a large supermarket, the Galleria Mall, the Water Taxi, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, the Bonnet House, and the beach.

Getting around:
The property is conveniently located near Sunrise Blvd and A1A. This makes it easy to get around Fort Lauderdale and South Florida. Parking is included. There are public bus stops within a short walk and taxi cabs are always around the neighborhood. The airport is about 15 minutes away and the cruise port is about 10 minutes away. Miami is about 40 minutes away.

Miscellaneous:
The front desk operates 24 hours/day. All units are non-smoking, although smoking is permitted on the suite balcony or patios. There is a $100 administrative fee plus a $100 damage deposit that is refundable. We are very confident that you will enjoy your stay. Resort staff will be available 24-hours a day if you need any assistance during your stay. Please inquire if you have any questions.
