Mi apartamento está completo y totalmente equipado. Está en el nivel del suelo y se une al lado izquierdo de la casa, tiene su puerta privada y entrada privada, amplio dormitorio, amplia cocina, sala de estar, baño, amplio porche con sistema de sonido envolvente, gran patio trasero con cocos y mangos árboles. Extremadamente limpio y silencioso. Nice and private

The owner and his mom are very welcoming and friendly. The apartment has no separate living area, but access to a large backyard. Everything you need is in the apartment. Its on a very busy road, so hard to turn in to the driveway. We had a fantastic time in Miami! Its a great city.

Emmanuel ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist funktionell und die Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es gibt einen sehr großen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alles tip top. Gerne wieder.

Great time, we hope to return annually

We were very pleased with our 10 day stay. Emmanuel was a pleasure to meet, and does not hover, but could have been contacted easily if needed. The unit was as pictured, not fancy but adequate for our needs. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Though we did not do any cooking, everything we would need to cook and serve meals was available. We appreciated the cold bottled water, fruit basket, tea, sugar, etc. that Emmanuel provided. The unit was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and wonderfully quiet. We love the location, near to our favorite area restaurant, Flannigan's (their ribs are amazing); and only about three miles from a favorite beach (Haulover). There are several parks nearby, we rented kayaks at Oleata, and bikes at Haulover. Lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby. For us it was an ideal location. The one thing not provided, that would have been helpful for me, was a hair dryer. We were glad we found and booked this VRBO, and will be back next year if it is available. SKS

Great Stay!

I went to Miami for my Bornday celebration and had a really nice stay at Emanuel's home. He and his family where very kind and helpful. The house was very clean and the backyard was my favorite I sat outside in the Sun every morning. I will definitely stay with Emanuel again when I'm in Miami. Thank you Emanuel for you kindness.

Nice place, nice host, everything you need

We enjoyed our stay in this house, there is a lot of privacy and you can have good conversation with Emmanuel. Nice garden to sit in. The kitchet is complete, there is everything you need. I can recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Emanuel perfect gentleman

Emanuel perfect gentleman. The house was great any and everything you needed was in there. He was very professional stayed in contact to make sure all was well. His mom a beautiful soul meet her for a short while but soon as I spoke to her great spirit. Miami was great as well. When I go back I will stay at Emanuel property.

Comfortable

Really charming clean place. Everything you need. Quiet & cozy. Beds are comfortable and ac is on point.Emmanuel is a great host, very hospitable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend his apartment.

The Perfect Spot

This cute apartment is in the perfect spot. Everything was right around the corner. If you're a shopper, beach hopper, or like to eat at various establishments, everything you could possibly want or need is right there. We were amazed to see most places we put in the GPS was 5 miles or less from the apartment. If you are looking for a quaint, clean, comfortable place to lay your head after a long day of exploring; this is the spot for you. And Emmanuel is the perfect host.

Good place to stay in North Miami

Everything was okay. Friendly host. Apartment was as described. Nice big garden to sit in. The Street has much trafic during the day. But at night it was quiet in the sleeping room. Only critical point was the noise oft the air condition.

Great Basic Rental! Would Book Again!

Me and my husband were in the North Miami area for a week visiting family. We decided to check out Vacation Rentals to see if we could save some money on our stay since most of our time in North Miami would be with family and not in the hotel room. We found Emmanuel's listing and booked it. The price was fantastic and rental was great! The rental was clean and quiet. The entrance is private and separate from the main house. The beds were comfortable and had nice soft sheets on them. I slept with no issues and I'm used to my memory foam bed at home! There was a full size kitchen with appliances, dishes, paper towels, coffee machine, ect. Emmanuel even had a bowl of fruit and tea available for us. The bathroom was clean and stocked with typical hotel items like towels, mini soaps, lotions, ect. The location of the rental worked very well for us and we had no issue with parking our car in the drive way. Though our face-to-face interactions with Emmanuel were limited because we spent the most of our time hanging out with family, Emmanuel was very friendly and accommodating. He would send texts messages throughout the stay asking if we needed anything like new towels. My only recommendation would be to some anti-slip strips in the shower. Other than that, this is a great basic rental! If we're ever in the area again and this place is available, we will definitely book it! Thanks for a great stay!

I am a smoke and drug free person. I moderately consume some wine on special occasion.

This apartment is about, good humor environment, culture, peaceful atmosphere, quiet environment and the great accommodation skills of Emmanuel. Moreover, The apartment is extremely clean, safe, very comfortable and relaxing. The back porch is a marvelous spot. The geographic location is best positioned in Miami. Miami Airport 15 minutes distance - South Beach 20 minutes - North Beach (Sunny Isles or Bal Habor 7 minutes distance. Fort Lauderdale Airport 25 minutes. Down Town Miami 15 minutes. Aventura Mall 10 minutes. Main Florida High way I-95 and Florida Turnpike 6 minutes - Oleta Natural Water State Park 5 minutes - Local Natural Park 2 minutes and many more - Lastly, Emmanuel speaks fluent English, French, Creole, Spanish and Portuguese.
