Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Hotel took to just slightly after 4 to check us in (we arrived at 1)- I know check-in isnt until 4 but they went slightly past (10minutes) rather than trying slightly early. They wouldn’t let us us towels the day we checked out even though we stayed for the day. The place was much older than the pictures showed.

The property is definitely valuable, and the view is amazing. The only downside is that it doesn’t seem well-maintained, so at times it feels a bit abandoned.

Location is amazing, really close to beach and most things in South Beach. The living room, and balcony were awesome. However, the property is dated, not well kept. Extremely old dirty carpet in rooms, only 2 pillows on a kings size bed, very loud central air unit, questionable bedding, and dead bugs in the corner of one of the rooms. Upon arrival the room lacked sufficient towels, had to personally go down to laundry service area and obtain them after answering serval questions from a less than friendly laundry attendant.

Short stay with an ocean view

I was concerned after viewing reviews and I already booked it without cancelation option. The place is out dated balcony furniture was horrible the view is great. The kitchen was old ice maker in fridge didn’t work. Bed was comfortable. The bright side was the staff Elisabeth was pleasant and and very helpful

Beautiful view and beach

The space was large, bright, such beautiful view of the ocean! The people upstairs partied late, so we didn’t get much sleep. The pool was not heated, so we spent most of our time at the beach which was great!

3/5 Stars - Great Location, but Cleanliness, outdated televisions and Maintenance Issues*I recently stayed at this oceanfront condo, and while the location was absolutely stunning, the unit itself fell short in several areas.The condo's proximity to the beach and surrounding amenities was a major plus. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the unit was not clean. The bathroom, in particular, was a concern. The bathtub was dirty, the toilet was clogged, and both required a thorough cleaning.I reported these issues to the front desk and even provided a video of the bathroom conditions. Unfortunately, no action was taken until I reported it a second time.Additionally, the televisions in the unit are outdated and could benefit from an upgrade.Given the condo's great location, I would have loved to give it a higher rating. However, the cleanliness, outdated televisions and maintenance issues cannot be overlooked.*Recommendations for Improvement:*1. Enhance cleaning protocols to ensure units are thoroughly cleaned between guests.2. Upgrade televisions to modern, high-definition models.3. Perform regular maintenance checks to prevent issues like clogged toilets.

Girls Trip to Miami Beach

The location and view were both great, however, we ran into some issues with the staff and accommodations at the condo. There is a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. We purchased groceries to eat various meals during our stay, but the property did not provide any dish cleaning supplies, paper towels, or even kitchen rags or pot holders. We asked the front desk staff for supplies, and we were told that those were not provided in a rude way. Also, when we arrived there were 2 baking sheets in the kitchen cabinet, so we bought food to cook on those sheets. We were out of the condo for the day, and when we got back, the baking sheets were mysteriously missing after asking for a pot holder. Additionally, the condo only provides one beach towel per day per person, no exceptions. One of our group members accidentally spilled something on her towel, and they would not give her a replacement towel. The beach also only provided “2 beach chairs per group” despite us having 3 people in our group. They charge an additional 15 per chair for the day. None of these extras were disclosed prior to booking this condo, so we were just disappointed in the lack of communication and the rudeness we were given in return when asking for supplies. Also, most of the gym equipment in the fitness center was broken so that was unfortunate.

It was wild

It wasn't what we expected. AC in living area sounded like an airplane engine. Asked for assistance first of 4 nights. No change. Volume of AC in living area woke up family in the middle of the night trying to sleep in one of the bedrooms. Sparsely decorated but fun colors in living area. Filthy windows all around and the one facing the ocean overlooked a rusted dirty former tennis court. Assumed deck faced water but instead it faced a construction zone and building next door. Furthermore a sign indicated we should not use the deck for security reasons. Lobby window had a big crack in window leading to pool, taped over with electrical tape. Could not access pool and beach through lobby. Had to go by the elevators, down a hall and out through a side door; to get back in you had to use your key card on a side panel and not on the one near the door which was confusing and at one point the original keypad side was dangling by a wire next to the side door entry. When we first arrived, we had to take a service elevator outside and not the normal elevator up to our rooms with our baggage. The carpet although generally looked pretty good in the hallway outside our unit was dirty because of some crumbs on the first day and hadn't been vacuumed by the time we left on the fourth day. One evening we arrived home and the kitchen smelled like somebody had grilled a steak in there; must have been near a vent. Second nigh, asked for an extra blanket, somebody did deliver that.
