Completely renovated, every space has been optimized, especially the attic areas.

The living room is perfect, with its sofa area and flat-screen TV.

The dining area is ideal for getting together at any time of day, whether to eat, work or play, depending on what you're up to! An electric fireplace adorns one of the walls of this warm room.

The kitchen has been optimized for space efficiency. The central island is perfect for gathering around a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Everything here is functional and no space is wasted!

On the same floor, a bathroom with shower includes a washer-dryer area.

Outside, you can fully enjoy the terrace, the year-round spa, and the BBQ in summer, as well as the dock and direct access to the beautiful St. Francis River, which runs along the property before flowing into nearby Lake Louise.

In the basement, you'll find two bedrooms with queen-size beds.

If you have guests, you can accommodate them in the living room, which also includes a double sofa bed.
