This spacious Airbnb offers the experience of living like a local in a private and quiet compound walking distance to the beach and a short ride to downtown Cancun.
This second-floor high ceiling home boasts a large balcony overseeing a mangroves reserve, 1 bedroom including a separate workstation, closet, air conditioning, smart tv, queen bed. It also offers a separate living room with a large window offering wonderful views of our natural surroundings, kitchen with a bar table and 1 bathroom.
This high ceilings apartment lives in a 3-story building including the ground floor (no elevator) and 4 units only that offers a rooftop terrace with ocean, jungle & skyline views of Cancun, ideal for sunbathing and skywatching. It also offers a private pool exclusive for our guests , all surrounded by mangroves and nature.
PUERTO JUAREZ CANCUN, OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
The traditional neighborhood of Puerto Juarez is in the Yucatan Peninsula, just 2 miles north of Cancun, on the road to Punta Sam. Puerto Juarez is across the Caribbean Sea and offers an alternative to the hustle and bustle of the hotel zone where you can enjoy beaches such as “El Niño” Beach, a few steps away from our place. Something more local and quieter. Here is the only coastline to enjoy outside the hotel zone and a quite lively neighborhood with pure salt flavor with shopping options, trails, and restaurants where you can enjoy excellent seafood. Puerto Juarez is also a starting point for the ferry to “Isla Mujeres”.
