Beautiful Oasis

We enjoyed the stay here so much! It was beautiful, clean, quiet and had the perfect amenities! We enjoyed the hot tub and the awesome outdoor space as well as the game room set up in the garage! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Everything was excellent! The hot tub was great, the kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the game room, the AC was nice and cool, everything was very clean. There was even some floaties for the pool which was nice so I didn’t have to buy them! The communication was great even before we checked in, Ting allowed us a middle of the night check in for minimal due to a late flight. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to visit.

The home is very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed to cook and to clean up afterwards. Neighborhood is quiet and plenty of parking for us and our water toys. We plan on returning.

Exactly what we needed!

This house was exactly what we needed. Ting was great with communication and checking in with us. The garage was a great place for us to hang out with the kids and just as adults once the kids went to bed. The open floorplan was perfect.

Welcome to our delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, where there's something for everyone—ideal for families or groups of friends exploring the river. Comfortably sleeps 8 with a Smart TV in each bedroom and a spacious 65-inch TV in the living room. Please note personal log-ins (such as for Hulu and Netflix) are required for viewing.

Parking: Ample on-site parking available, including an RV port (14 feet clearance, concrete floor 20x36 feet) with 120V of electricity. Side yard measures 12x75 feet.

Master Bedroom: Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a king size bed, a designated work space, a reading corner, and a walk-in closet.

Second Bedroom: Relax in the second bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed.

Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids with a twin over full bunk bed.

Living Room: Relax in the expansive living room furnished with leather seating and a 65-inch Smart TV. Enjoy our collection of board games suitable for all ages.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Our kitchen is equipped with basic essentials, a spice rack, a toaster, and a blender. Our dining room comfortably seats eight and features a dedicated coffee bar with both Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Garage Game Room with air conditioning/heat: Have a blast in the game room converted from the garage, complete with a pool table, a ping pong table, a beer pong table, and an arcade console with 12 games.

Backyard: Step into our beautifully landscaped backyard. Enjoy the sparkling blue pool, the jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, cozy fire pit, BBQ grill, and lots of seating - ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
Optional pool heating is available for $50/day. Spa heating is included at no extra cost.
