This special place is close to downtown and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Chena River making it easy to plan activities for your visit!

When you walk in, you have space to kick off your shoes and hang coats. The bathroom has a walk in shower and the washer/dryer. There's a kitchenette space with a refrigerator, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee pot. When not using the dinette hutch, it can be folded down into a bed space. The bedroom has a cozy chair perfect for reading, and space to hang your clothes during your stay.

Please use the Airbnb platform for all non emergency communication. For any emergencies that may occur during your stay please contact the emergency contact number that is provided in your messages prior to your arrival.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.

***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500***

For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.

It is recommended that guests have travelers insurance for the duration of their stay

Absolutely No Smoking of ANY Kind Please:
-Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smoking
-Unfortunately this location is NOT 420 friendly
-Extra Cleaning Fee up to $500 if smoke smell is present in the home

NO PETS ALLOWED if pets are found to be in the home during the stay you may be asked to check out from the home immediately and will not be eligible for a refund for the remainder of your stay. Fee's may be charged up to $400 if we find that pets have been in the home

Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.

No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.

Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or where it can waft-into the unit: $100
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
