Welcome to your Northern Colorado getaway at our stunning, brand-new Greeley Hacienda Getaway! Located just minutes away from a plethora of restaurants and shopping options, this sparkling and stylish accommodation is perfect for families and friends looking for a picturesque and comfortable stay.
This spacious 2-story condo features funky modern southwestern décor with black and white patterns and topaz accents, creating an updated and modern vibe that is sure to delight. On the top floor, you’ll find two luxurious bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and its own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms even includes an additional elevated space equipped with a futon, providing extra sleeping arrangements.
The main floor boasts a stylishly appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room, making it a wonderful place to prepare meals and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for culinary adventures. The dining area is perfect for family meals, while the cozy living room offers a great space to relax and unwind.
Guests will appreciate the convenience of the attached 2-car garage, which is fully available for use. The garage door can be operated by smartphone after downloading the MyQ app, adding an extra layer of ease to your stay. Additionally, the spacious front patio faces west, catching plenty of afternoon and evening sunlight, and is equipped with a propane grill and comfortable furniture for outdoor relaxation.
You will have access to the entire condo, including all living spaces, the attached garage, and the front patio. Check-in is a breeze with detailed instructions and a provided code for the smart lock. While we are always available to assist with any needs, we respect our guests' privacy and allow you to enjoy your stay without interference.
