On the top floor, you’ll find two luxurious bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and its own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms even includes an additional elevated space equipped with a futon, providing extra sleeping arrangements.

The main floor boasts a stylishly appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room, making it a wonderful place to prepare meals and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for culinary adventures. The dining area is perfect for family meals, while the cozy living room offers a great space to relax and unwind.

Guests will appreciate the convenience of the attached 2-car garage, which is fully available for use. The garage door can be operated by smartphone after downloading the MyQ app, adding an extra layer of ease to your stay. Additionally, the spacious front patio faces west, catching plenty of afternoon and evening sunlight, and is equipped with a propane grill and comfortable furniture for outdoor relaxation.

You will have access to the entire condo, including all living spaces, the attached garage, and the front patio. Please note that as this is brand-new construction, there is still some ongoing construction nearby. While noise should not be an issue in the morning and evening, you may experience some construction noise during business hours, as well as a bit of extra traffic.
