The Space:
Welcome to our delightful couple's cottage, nestled in the heart of the Arrowhead Lake community, a gated paradise perfect for a serene city escape or a relaxing retreat in the mountains. This cozy and charming home is designed for couples seeking comfort, tranquility, and adventure.

Our cottage features two comfortable bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, providing a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The fully stocked kitchen comes with all the essentials, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease.

For outdoor enthusiasts, our outdoor kitchen is a true highlight. It includes a BBQ and a wet bar, making it perfect for grilling and enjoying drinks in the fresh air. The gazebo area offers a shaded spot to relax and unwind on hot days, providing a cool retreat amidst the natural surroundings.

As the evening sets in, the outdoor fire pit area becomes the perfect place to gather and light a fire under the stars. Whether you're roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance, this area adds a magical touch to your stay.

Our home's prime location in Arrowhead Lake ensures you are centrally located to all amenities. It is just 15 minutes from Kalahari Waterpark, Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Slopes, and the gas-powered Lake Harmony. Additionally, you're only 20 minutes from H2ooooh Water Park and close to attractions like Camelback Ski and Water Park Resort, Pocono Raceway, Great Wolf Lodge Water Park Resort, Mount Airy Casino, 12 miles from the Nascar Raceway, and the stunning Bushkill Falls.

Guest Access:
⚫Guests have access to our entire home and get access to our home by using an electronic lock. All guests must go to the Arrowhead Lakes Rental Registration office to get their key cards to get into the community. GUESTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER WITHOUT THIS. For any extra help on how to get your guest registration card please reach out to us directly!
⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time, unless you’re checking in earlier.
⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent a day before your departure, you'll receive them at 2:00 PM the day before your checkout.

⚠️ This is a gated community requiring us to submit guest's info THREE (3) DAYS prior to arrival.
⚠️ Any changes to reservation details including number of occupants, additional vehicle, swapping of vehicle, and additional guests cannot be made within THREE (3) DAYS of arrival date as HOA is very strict on this. (No exemptions)
⚠️ Guest(s) of a Renter count towards your property's occupancy limit
⚠️ HOA late fee will apply if registration is not completed at least THREE (3) DAYS prior to arrival
⚠️ The main renter will receive a Renter Welcome Infosheet from ACLA which provides an overview of the rules and regulations, trash and recycling center, amenities, map, and local recommendations.
⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.

🌙 Important HOA Rule – Outdoor String Lights

To maintain the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, all outdoor lights and string lights must be turned off by 11 PM. This is a new policy implemented by the HOA, and violations may result in a $300 fine, which we would unfortunately need to pass on to guests if applicable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep good standing in the community!

◾For reservations made outside of Airbnb and Booking.com, please note that a $500 security deposit will be included for security purposes. This deposit is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of checkout, provided no damages to the home or community penalties are reported.
◾Additionally, our account is not set up for VRBO or HomeAway to collect the remaining balances or security deposits directly. These are collected by us, with payments securely processed via Stripe or Bill.com.

Lovely Weekend

Wonderful property, very cozy and clean. Stayed with my husband and 2 children (9&1) and we had a great time. They shared a room for the 1st time with bunk beds and were able to sleep well after long days outdoors grilling and swimming! We enjoyed making smores over the fire pit in the evening :)

The place was exactly as advertised. Clean and well appointed. TV's in every room and a well equipped kitchen made our stay extra comfortable. My wife and I wanted a quick getaway and the Cub House fit the bill. Perfect for a couple to just relax and rest, with an extra bedroom for kids or another couple. It is close to many attractions, but we chose to do some easy hiking at the Seven Tubs area as well as just walking around the Arrowhead Lakes community. We were close to North Arrowhead Lake and Choctaw pool as well as Arrowhead Lake. There is a large Pergola on the patio as well as a full kitchen prep and cooking area. Our host Josh answered all of our questions before and after our stay and since everything was in good order, there was no need to contact him while we were there.There are many great restaurants in the area as well. All in all, a great stay.
