Nice sized studio unit in a secure building that's close to everything in the Zona Romantica. Comfortable, quiet from outside noise (the full-sized fridge can run a little loud at times but definitely not a deal breaker). Pool and roof deck are a spectacular perk as others have noted. I look forward to staying again!

It was a great studio apartment with all the amenities one needed! Great location to walk to a plethora of restaurants and bars. Really close walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Great location, beautiful building and rooftop!

My husband and I stayed 5 nights and loved this property! Lupita made check-in and check-out seamless and she even helped me get my luggage downstairs and in to the Uber. The condo is just as described it’s a small studio but was perfect for husband and I and space was fine, bonus was having washer and dryer in unit, we can go home with all clean clothing. You don’t have a view but the rooftop has the most amazing view so had no issues with not having a view. Rooftop was amazing and I had the opportunity to meet some of the other renters and some of the condo owners in the complex and they were all absolutely lovely and shared such helpful information with me as this was our first time in Puerto Vallarta. You literally have hundreds of bars and restaurants within a six block radius and every type of food that you can imagine I wish we could’ve been there longer so I could experience more of those places they recommended! I will defiantly be back and would book here again! One more mention on Lupita, she is so warm and inviting, she seriously makes you feel like beloved family!

Great stay!

The condo and building amenities were perfect - a quiet location close to all the action. I’ve stayed in many places in PV over the years, and this one ranks with the best of them. Great service with an easy check-in and check-out process. Would stay here again!

We had a good time at the condo, the rooftop is truly spectacular but the suite itself was a bit dark as there was only one small window to the outside. Towels and bed linens had seen better days, definitely not ‘luxury standards’. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances top notch. Jose, the concierge was very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, can’t be closer to the action. Lots of eateries and a great bakery just around the corner.

Going the Extra Mile

I stayed for 11 days and everything was perfect for a solo traveler like myself. I've been traveling to Puerto Vallarta twice each year since 2014, and always stayed in hotels. The property manager, Lupita, even during a storm, went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. For my first two days she arranged for a technician to come in and fix the wifi and on my third day she had another tech stop by to fix the TV remote so I could get the news channel. The pool deck is fabulous and has a beautiful view of the water and the mountains. Ulysses and Claudia, both staff members, were a great help whenever I needed anything. I met other retired guests who stay for 7 weeks twice each year and they raved about their condo. I also met JD, who along with his partner love this place since It's so close to the bars, clubs and restaurants. All the guests and staff members were super friendly.

Great location!

While the unit is small, it had everything I needed and was really clean. While the mattress was a little to “soft” for me, I slept well as the building was so quiet. There is really only one widow that looks outside so, there is not much of a view but the location, as far as I’m concerned, made up for that. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful studio

Well appointed place big enough for two. The two need to be extremely comfortable with each other, as there is no true privacy. With the exception of the toilet room. There is no privacy in the glass walled shower. Thankfully, we have no issue with nudity. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful! I will plan to book it again! In the middle of everything!

This was an excellent place to stay! It was in the middle of everything in PV. It centrally located, so everything - restaurants, bars, spas beaches - was just a short walk away. I was even able to visit the PV Botanical Garden Office located next door to book a wonderful visit to the Best Botanical Garden in North America! The condo was very clean, cool and pleasing to the eye! I really appreciated the laundry! I loved the rooftop infinity pool and view of PV and surrounding area. Communications with Mike and, property manager, Patricia, was professional and put my mind at ease! Both the check-in and checkout processes were seamless! 5 - Stars...Highly recommended!!!

Couple of days to enjoy PV

Great short stay in PV. We love V399 for the location, pool quietness and safety. This unit was great as a fellow VRBO owner I would only make a couple suggestions... 1. New pillows and a coupe extra you can keep in closet, the current ones are not acceptable. Add a Jug so guests can make Ice Tea or lemonade, etc... and finally upgrade your glasses, all small things that just improve the place!! Finally add a guide as to how to operate the TV and add CNN to cable for your US clients to get some news from home.. Otherwise we loved it and these small things just make it a home run!!

PV is wonderful and the location of this condo is the best. Walk right out of the door to the magical streets of PV. Close to everything!! The rooftop terrace is the most amazing, beautiful space in PV! An oasis right in the middle of everything!

I have thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay...a comfy bed, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, beach towels, iron/ironing board, vacuum, etc. This property has filtered water and AC, so all your comforts are taken care of!
