The location was great, the kitchen had everything needed. The only complaint we had was the couch was very stained and seemed dirty. We just put sheets to cover it and it was fine. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We come in from all parts of the country for a college reunion and fantasy football draft. There was great communication and the place was perfect for us.

The house was represented well in the pictures. Everything in the house was in working order, plenty of beds if you have a large group of friends or a big family, and there was a lot of things to do within a short distance of the property, would absolutely stay here again. For what it is(the home being an old townhouse) and the area it was in, it was nice I was pleasantly surprised. I love vintage designs and older homes so it didn’t bother me as long as it is clean(which it was) and put together. Host was communicative and accommodating. I had a good trip

Great weekend for a great price

Very spacious for our party of 6. Beautiful hardwood floors through-out! Cozy bedding. Great location near highways but in a walk-able neighborhood to see the lovely homes in the area. Host was very responsive to our requests. As in other reviews, some updates and walls are sub-par, but overall a comfortable space.

Nice little weekend getaway

St Louis Excursion

The property was very convenient to downtown and several attractions. It was clean and had plenty of beds for a large group. The listing said one bath, but there are two which was a nice surprise. The bunnies that visited in the backyard at night were an added bonus. Highly recommend.

The water in the upstairs shower was scalding and could not be adjusted because of the broken handle. Unless someone was using the downstairs shower simultaneously, the upstairs shower water was too hot for human skin to withstand for more than a few seconds. I contacted them about this problem, and they assured me that they'd have a staff member come fix it the next day, but no one came during the entire time my family was there.

It was an ok property. Pretty well stocked. Some newer windows, but I heard glass rattled when trying to close a door. Upon inspection, the bottom of the frame was rotted away. There was a 1/2 " gap 1to allow air inbarelylraving
