This is a beautiful gated community in Florence Hall with 24 hour security overlooking the shoreline and entire community. With views of the cruise ships entering and exiting the pier. This is a site to see!
A two bedroom house with King size beds in each room with flat screen TV's. Two Queen size inflatable beds for your extra guests. Two full bathrooms, toiletries, soap and blow dryers, a standing shower and one tub for baths.
A laundry room with a washing machine and detergent. Two clothes lines set up in the backyard for drying.
A spacious kitchen to prepare and cook your meals, equipt with pots,pans, spoons,forks,knives, salt pepper, cooking oil, ketchup,hot sauce.
A small bar with two bar stools ,1 bottle of complimentary champagne. A full dining room with table and 4 chairs. A spacious living room with flat screen TV. WIFI. Two swinging chairs for you to relax on the front porch, a driveway for private parking.
The pool is within walking distance along with the gym and entertainment center. There is a clubhouse also within walking distance, you can make reservations to keep events with at least a week's notice.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s safe, equipped with 24hr security and convenient. Restaurants, beaches and attractions are between 5 and 10 minutes away. The landscape creates a beautiful view overlooking the sea, and the docks.
