The condominium’s best feature is its central location! Walk to the Ovalo Larco, Kennedy Park, and Larcomar, or stroll to Malecon Cisneros and the Pacific Ocean coastline. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Latin America, shops, banks, sidewalk cafes, and department stores. With an open-concept American style, this spacious two-bedroom condominium has more than ample space to make you feel relaxed, cozy, safe, and right at home. Once in Miraflores, you will fall in love with everything it has to offer. Location, location, location!
My beloved home away from home is ideal for those looking for great adventures in Peru or for business/work-related travel. I have decorated the condominium for my personal use, and I consider it tasteful and inviting, with a Peruvian aesthetic that maintains an American comfort feel. With a population of more than 11.3 million, Lima is a vibrant city, and Miraflores is the heart of the best coastal city living! Although not unbearably noisy, you are definitely not in the countryside, so expect urban sounds (traffic, pedestrians, sirens, etc.) and soundscapes. If you love cities like Rome, Paris, London, or New York, you will love Miraflores! It is the crown jewel of Peru's city living!

Greetings! My name is Rocio, and I am originally from Lima, Peru. I have lived in Atlanta, Georgia, since 1984 and became a U.S. citizen in 1987. I am proficient in English, Spanish, and Italian.
I am a University of Georgia undergrad and grad school graduate. Go Dawgs! I am a business owner and a psychotherapist in private practice. I genuinely love working with my patients every day!
I am blessed with a kind, handsome, and loving husband who is originally from Denver, Colorado. He is a graduate of American University and a fantastic attorney. We have two wonderful grown sons, one bright and delightful grandson, and a gorgeous four-legged granddaughter whom we adore! She is something else! You cannot help but love her!
We share a passion for dancing while cooking dinner together, spending quality time with our beloved family, and traveling the world! We have visited 73 countries across six continents, all for fun! Antarctica, here we come! :)

I grew up in Monterrico, in the area that today is owned by the US Embassy (other than a few private residences, it was mostly farmland), and the US Embassy was located in downtown Lima. In the 70’s, Monterrico was a peaceful suburb, and Miraflores was "the City." Today, Monterrico and many other suburbs have sprawled into exciting, mixed-use commercial developments; yet Miraflores remains the heart of the city. Living in Miraflores is comparable to living in Manhattan ... everything you can desire is within reach in no time!

Location, location, location! Those who have visited large cities like New York, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Beijing, Johannesburg, Marrakesh ... know that there is a price to pay for convenience. You are no longer in the quiet of the country or even the suburbs. City noise might be a nuisance, but it comes with the convenience of walking to a pub, a club, or even a 24-hour restaurant at any time of day or night. Miraflores has it all! If you are sound sensitive, be aware that Miraflores might not be your best choice.
