Serene and natural waterfront

Directly on the water, looking onto a nature preserve, yet close to East Hampton and Amagansett, this home is unique because of it's views and natural setting. The colors and textures of the surrounding nature are reflected in the interior design of the home, which was completely redone in 2014.

We have a great maid and butler available to assist you as needed.

Note: Last year, the water filtration system was accidentally circumvented when the system was updated in the Spring.

We have listed the house as a three bedroom , but it has an extra room with a sofabed.

Guest access
Guests have property completely to themselves. This includes a driveway for 3 to 4 cars, including a Tesla charging outlet) a deck towards the water with a dining area and umbrella and deck chair, a deck away from the water (but with view of the water through the windows in the living room) with a pergola covering a second seating area, an outdoor shower and a lawn area behind the house, as well as a grass and private beach area towards the water.
Other things to note
Please notify us if there is anything we can do to improve your stay. For example, we had a tenant say the heat is not working in the living room, and when we asked if it all or only one radiator or if the flu to the fireplace is open, we received no response. We assumed the problem had been resolved when it was not. We also had a delay in some repairs due to COVID-19 but have resolved them.
