Suited perfectly as a wedding, family vacation, reunion, or a business meeting venue, The Bluegrass Palace can fit everyone in this 30,000 sqf Estate. Equipped with all you desire for any purpose or function: Solarium, Indoor Pool, elevator serving all 4 floors, Concert Hall with professional stage lighting and sound, grand ballroom, library with hand carved cherry woodwork, 4 staircases, informal and formal entrances, hearth room, formal living and dining rooms with marble floors, theater and more. 11 incredibly large bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, each bedroom has a dedicated en-suite. This property was constructed to be an icon of modern-day architecture.

Our accommodation sleeps up to 40 people. The base cost per night covers 20 people. For any additional guests beyond this, a fee of $50.00 per person per night will be charged.
We do allow events on property, there is an additional charge of $500 for the event, this will be added after you book

Beautiful facility, very spacious, loved the amenities and especially the high chair and play pen for the little ones. There was a smell coming from the restrooms by the stage and it was very dusty down in that area.

These hosts were great and very friendly. They helped when we needed them and stayed to themselves it eh apartment above the garage when we didn’t. The house was amazing and huge and beautifully decorated and appointed with all the things you could possibly need in a vacation rental. It was a blast for me my family and friends. The heated indoor pool was highlight of our trip and where we spent a lot of our time along with the theater room and the sunroom! We had no issues with house or property and the manager RJ was the best house manager in all my travels because he was super helpful and a great guide about the house in check in and was promptly there when we checked out. I would stay here again and when we next come to Kentucky we will!

We've stayed here several times under different ownership. Christopher has made wonderful updates to the house! It was clean, beautiful, and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Clean, comfortable beds and very nice linens and towels throughout. The features to the house were outstanding: hot tub, stage, wet bar in the stage area, theater room, huge patio with gas fireplaces, so many gathering and seating areas it was just so comfortable. Nice large kitchen with a LOT of dishes and cookware. RJ, the caretaker, was outstanding; his pride in the property was evident and his tour and orientation to the house didn't miss anything, he was there every day for any of out needs and always went way beyond what we have experienced with other rentals we have had. The grounds and house were beautiful and everyone enjoyed the accomodations. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS HOUSE JUSTICE!!! It is so much more grand and spectacular in person, and a joy to stay there for the weekend. It was also a nice touch to have the Host call a couple of days in advance to make sure we were all set for our weekend, very helpful and made us feel welcome before we even got to the property.

The whole property is gorgeous. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was very clean and comfortable from the welcoming gifts in EVERY room to the kitchen loaded with what ever utensil you could possibly need. The close proximity of a store and the ample places to put things. Every night there was a movie in the theatre with popcorn. The billiards room with space to play and the parlor for quiet talks. We could not have been more pleased.

We rented The Blugrass Palace for a multigenerational family vacation. There was more than enough space and beds for everyone. There are some maintenance updates that need completed, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Large Family Home

This property was perfect for our family reunion trip! It had all the amenities you could ask for. The indoor pool was especially a hit with the kids. The basement level with the stage, dance floor and space to roam was awesome considering the hot weather. Th theater room was fantastic and stocked with some many movies!The beds were especially comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Really, everything you could ask for.The elevator was icing on the cake!

Bluegrass Palace (A Fairytale Wedding)

We had a group of around 30 family members come to celebrate our wedding. There was more than enough space for everyone and the foyer was a beautiful setting for the ceremony. The kitchen was well stocked with all our cooking needs.
