Location was great! Place was clean and host was available for questions. Downside, we were sent wrong info for location and check in process. The parking recommend Halles parking, which stayed 15 but we actually had to pay 33 for overnight parking.

We booked our stay four months in advance and were initially informed that the property included amenities such as a rooftop on the 15th floor, pool, sauna, and internet access. Three days before arrival, we received check-in instructions. Upon arrival, we were unable to enter the building as directed. After contacting the host, we learned that the original instructions were for a different property. The host responded promptly and provided new instructions for a unit across the street, which was somewhat confusing. Internet was not available in the apartment, and I was advised to use my phone’s hotspot instead. The owner was responsive to my questions and concerns. The apartment itself was nice and clean, but it did not match the description provided at the time of booking.

The place was nice, just basic amenities. No hand towles or kitchen towels though. The listing was incorrect and the original checkin info was incorrect. Vrbo never sent us the correct info until we contacted host after we tried checking into the incorrect address. After that everything was fine. Very central location, most everything within walking distance.

Not what i expected. Was inside a dirty apartment building. Hair everywhere. Cheap, uncomfortable furniture. Bedsheets that did not fit.

Stay

The apartment itself was cute and clean, and very close to Playhouse square, which is the whole reason we were visiting Cleveland. Several restaurants, the casino, a “mall” and shopping is all within walking distance. When we booked our stay in January, it was listed as having a pool, and sauna….and the building does not have either. The building does have rooftop access with a cute area, a game room, fitness center and a coffee area. Parking is a nightmare, but it is that way around the entire city. We ended up doing valet at Crowne Plaze across the street (45 a night) and walked everywhere, so definitely be prepared (host DOES list this info with the booking info) There’s a really nice grocery store directly across the street, but check hours for sure Overall, the stay was great. My only suggestion would be more towels and washcloths, we only had 2 for a two night stay and ended up doing laundry (no big deal!)The host answered questions for us as well.

Not as described

I hate to start off with the negative but the title and description of this location is not correct, false advertising. The address emailed to me verse the address we actually stayed at were different. The code to the key box in the email was also incorrect. There was no pool, no sauna, and no rooftop. The WIFI info emailed to me was also incorrect. I reached out to the host about the amenities and didnt recieve a response till almost midnight, 7hrs to respond. The apartment itself was as pictured and very clean.

Missing amenities

Location for accessing sports and rock and roll hall of fame excellent. Somewhat lacking full amenities. No hand towel in main bathroom or dish towels in kitchen. No glasses. Only mugs for coffee. No sheets or pillows for pullout couch.

Terrible parking situation

The place we stayed at was clean and beautiful, however because the room was a loft, it got really hot upstairs. The fan that was included per the listing was in the closet broken. The worst part of the stay unfortunately was the parking. We happened to stay during a home game and ended up paying over 100 on parking.That being said, this location was right by all the nice restaurants and had a grocery store nearby for convenience.

Great area, amazing property, not for mobility challenged persons

We LOVED this VRBO! The location is perfect for walking in downtown Cleveland. We parked in the Halle Center garage for 3 days and walked everywhere. It was 43 total for those 3 days. Be aware - this is a 2-story unit with the main bathroom and bedroom up 14 steps. There is a half bath on the main floor. The hallway to the unit also has two stairs. I would update the unit description for those with mobility issues as I would have been extremely disheartened had I not been able to climb the stairs after paying for our stay. Also, the plug-ins were very potent and we had to use our shirts as pillowcases and sweatshirts as blankets because the detergent was very strong on all linens. We stayed at 3 different VRBOs in 3 cities, and this was the only unit that didn’t offer some type of filtered water pitcher in the fridge. It’s a nice touch, especially for downtown units. We did have to call to enter the building originally, but getting the key out of the lockbox was easy enough. However, please note that you do have to scan the key fob and then turn the lock and then the handle to get into the unit itself. The bed is extremely soft, so if you prefer firm mattresses, you might sleep better on the futon.

Perfect Location!!

We came to Cleveland for a concert at The House of Blues. The apartment was right down the street, perfect location. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance!

Cleveland overnight

We had a nice evening in Cleveland. It was within walking distance of restaurants. Nice accommodations. Simple and clean. The only thing was there was no parking.

Convenient and perfect!

My boyfriend and I stayed overnight for concert we were attending. The Air B&B was perfect! When we arrived, it smelled fantastic and the space was SPOTLESS. Contact with the owners was extremely easy and response time was very quick. Definitely will be back!!
