Comfort and total privacy await at this charming, well-preserved Victorian house! This spacious home is less than 3 miles (5 kms) west of downtown Toronto. Free on-site parking for 2 cars and close proximity to public transportation allow affordable, easy access to the city center, as well as a quiet retreat in a vibrant neighborhood. Shops, restaurants, bars, a streetcar stop, & the GO train are all within walking distance. Enjoy the Queen West and Liberty Village scenes or head downtown in minutes.
The first floor of this well-maintained, single-family residence consists of a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of the living space, complete with heating and AC for your comfort. Stay connected with WiFi and take advantage of the washing machine and dryer during your stay.
The second floor consists of a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and an attached sun room. The sun room is useful as a designated work space, although it is only accessible through the bedroom. The second floor also features a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub with shower, and an attractive second bedroom with a queen bed. The third floor has a bedroom with a full/double bed and a full alcove bathroom. The bathrooms conveniently include towels and hair dryers.
This spacious home offers you total privacy. You will have access to the entire house. You will not be sharing any space with other guests or the host.
