HOME
This completely updated and locally managed 2133-square-foot, four-bedroom / three-bathroom, air-conditioned vacation villa sleeps up to 10. Pull into your private driveway and walk through the front door into the spacious, open-concept home with breathtaking lake views. The great room is well appointed with comfortable furniture perfectly positioned to catch your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV or watch the abundant wildlife through the retractable glass wall. There is also free high-speed internet and active streaming services throughout the home.

Beyond the great room's sliding glass wall is a screened lanai with a large (optionally heated) SOUTH-facing swimming pool. There are also patio loungers for sunbathing and a four-person dining area outdoors, you will love poolside dining or a card game at sunset. This home also affords you a lot of privacy, which is not found in most vacation homes. Situated in one of the best lots with NO REAR NEIGHBORS directly behind you, along with a water view, make it feel like you're in your own private resort.

There is a formal dining room with a table that seats six. It is a comfortable space to enjoy serving your family your culinary creations or sharing a meal delivered from your favorite restaurant.

This home has everything you need to feel right at home. You will love the personal amenities, including hair dryers and even a vacuum. When traveling with little ones, you will like the on-site high chair, Pack-N-Play, and umbrella stroller, which are already provided. The home is complete with a safe for your passports and valuables.

The Ohana kitchen is open to the main living area and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or full-course meals. You will love the expansive granite countertops and handy breakfast bar where guests can sit and share a cup of coffee.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: The owner's suite has an unforgettable modern-themed nod to the Evil Queen in Snow White. This room has a comfortable king-sized bed, a large dresser, and a 55" Smart TV perfectly positioned for late-night viewing. You will be so spoiled with the master bath that you may never want to leave. This bath is outfitted for royalty and includes a huge soaker tub with a 40" Smart TV, making it a queen's paradise. The walk-in shower and double vanity will also spoil you. There are even patio doors for a private entrance into the pool area. A safe is also available for your valuables and comfort.

Bedroom 2: The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 55" flat-screen Smart TV. The room's decor is an adult nod to Pirates of the Caribbean.

The two kids' bedrooms are decorated in Disney kids' themes, and each room has a 48" flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 3: Toy Story Mania Theme. It includes a twin over a full bunk with a twin trundle bed.

Bedroom 4: Run-A-Way Railway Theme. It includes two twin beds.

This home's floor plan is excellent, and you will find peace and quiet no matter which room you choose. The beds are all new and offer luxurious mattresses.

ENTERTAINMENT
The real treat at Ohana Lakeside is the 400 square-foot, Star Wars-themed game room. You will enjoy the full-size pool table, air hockey, and two PS5 systems with 55” gaming screens, each loaded with games. Fortnite and Overwatch will never be the same.

The home offers free high-speed fiber internet and also has Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ active on the TVs.

This home is located in the premier gated community of Sunset Lakes, four minutes from Disney World. This lovely, intimate neighborhood features executive vacation homes with water views, a private park, a fishing pier, a pool, and a children's playground.

*SELF-CATERING HOME: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of essentials needed for your stay. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if required.
