Located on the 8th floor of the Doral Tower, our charming condo provides stunning direct views of the Gulf and pristine beaches. This non-smoking, one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath unit comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and private bath. A half bath and a cozy bunk area are conveniently located in the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, microwave, and pantry. The open-concept living and dining area offers breathtaking Gulf views, and the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper. The hallway also houses a washer/dryer. Step out onto the balcony to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf, white sandy beaches, swimming pool, and hot tub.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to three top-rated golf courses: Kiva Dunes, The Peninsula, and Gulf Shores Golf Club.

Please note, effective June 1, 2023, The Beach Club Condominium Association has implemented a vehicle registration fee. All reservations arriving on or after this date are subject to a $45.00 per vehicle per stay fee. For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the fee is $65.00 per vehicle per stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
