Rent the entire cottage Only 1.5 hours away from Toronto, 5 Bedroom+Den, 2.5 Bathrooms, 150 ft of water front on over an acre land. This house is set up for family fun with basketball court, game room (pool table, shuffle board, foosball table), enormous kitchen, hot tub, gym & large firepit an excellent spot to watch sunrise, sunset & family time under the stars. Enjoy water views from the sunroom. Great fishing, endless miles of boating & next to Trans Canada Trail
We treat our guests as family
INDOOR LIVING: 4 large sofas, Smart TV w/ Netflix, Premium cable and Amazon Prime Videos, puzzles, ceiling fans, gas fireplace
GAME ROOM: Pool table, foosball table, shuffle board table, popcorn machine, bar (alcohol not included)
Sleeping Configuration:
5 bedrooms with Queen size beds, bunk beds, sleeps 13+ people. Den can be an additional sleeping area with 2 large sofas
DEN: Smart TV w/ Netflix, Premium cable and Amazon Prime Videos, Playstation 4 console and workspace with wifi (Starlink), Popcorn machine
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, stove/oven, drip coffee maker, crock pot, breakfast bar w/ seating, extra USB ports. 2 fridges, mini fridge
DINNING: 2 large dinning table fit for large family
GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, towels & linens, cleaning essentials, high-speed internet, WFH friendly. Washer and dryer
Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels, coffee, food and beverages
PARKING: Driveway (Up to 10+ vehicles), do not park on the septic area (it's marked)
OUTDOOR LIVING: Basketball court, outdoor kitchen, patio furniture, 2 kayaks, paddle boat, stand up paddle board, bikes to enjoy Trans Canada Trail, beach area, boat slips. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset
The place is sprayed with mosquito control every 18 days between May through September so you can enjoy the outdoor with getting bug with mosquitoes
Don't forget to bring water shoes if you want to get in the water
SUNROOM: Gym, seating area where you can enjoy water view, additional dinning tables
Outdoor fire pits. (Wood Provided)
Note: Motorized boats are not included (speed boat and jet skis)
