Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Marco Island condo. Escape the winter chill in our beautiful unit.
This property is our family’s summer home and it is completely equipped with everything you will need to have an amazing stay.
Our first-floor unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 car garage and a screened lanai. It offers a blend of comfort and convenience, ideal for vacationers.
Located in the heart of Marco Island, within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and shops. We are about a 6-minute drive away from the white sandy beach of beautiful sunny Marco Island.
This apartment has an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. One King, one Queen, and an XL Full Bunkbed with Trundle. Every room has a smart TV including the lanai. Washer and Dryer, WiFi, board games, and much more.
🧑🍳 The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Not to mention all the kitchen equipment/gadgets. For example, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster oven, rice cooker, blender, and all the pots and pans needed to cook a delicious home-cooked meal.
☀️ The screened lanai has an outdoor dining set, electric BBQ, standing fan, and TV. Great for outdoor dining, relaxing, and enjoying great company. Our community offers a heated pool, lounge chairs, and a Tiki hut.
🏝️We are providing beach chairs, beach umbrella, wagon, cooler, and bicycles.
We are looking to host a family that will enjoy our beautiful property this winter. Book now and enjoy everything this terrific apartment has to offer.
HOA approval is required. The $150 Application fee is to be paid by guest.

We are a family of 5 from Davie, Florida. We love the white sandy beaches of Marco Island. Our family enjoys spending time here in the summer. Our kids especially enjoy boating, fishing, and the beach. Marco Island has a lot to offer families, a great place to relax and make memories.
