This property was remodeled this year (2024) and included new flooring, tiling of bathroom floor and shower, custom cabinets, appliances and furniture. The home has 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bathroom, covered patio and private backyard, perfect for a relaxing stay. The property also includes amenities such as AC, WiFi, Smart Fire TV, and heating. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped for your convenience.
The property is centrally located within a quiet neighborhood. Nearby are plenty of conveniences and activities. Smiths Grocery, Natural Grocers, Starbucks, and Walgreens are within a half mile radius. If you are a Golfer, there are two public golf courses close by. Pinion Hills Golf Course has been rated as one of the best municipal golf courses in the US by Golfweek Magazine. The par 3 Civitan Golf Course is a little over a mile away. If you enjoy nature, there is a river walk and Nature Center along the Animas River that is approximately 2 miles away. The Farmington Museum Convention and Visitors Bureau is nearby as well. The Animas Valley Mall is a 10 minute drive by car. There are a variety of locally owned restaurants and shops downtown.

I moved to Farmington, NM in 2016. What I love about Farmington is the people. I was immediately taken by how friendly the people are and the sense of community and the various activities available to the public.
The San Juan College HHPC fitness center offers visitors a full service gym, climbing wall, basket ball and pickleball ball courts, and yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Body Pump classes.
The Animas River Walk located within the city limits. The river walk consists of eight plus miles of trails. The cottonwoods are stunning in the fall. There are ducks, geese, and you may possibly spot a deer or turkeys on your walk.
