Layout Note (Important):



This home is part of a duplex and shares a wall with a neighboring unit. There is a connecting door between the two units.



When booked separately, the connecting door is securely locked at all times, and there is no access between spaces, ensuring your stay remains private and secure.



As with most duplex-style homes, there may be minimal sound transfer. We also have quiet hours in place to provide a comfortable experience for all guests.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire three-bedroom house, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and in-house laundry facilities. Enjoy the comfort of three bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, along with two bathrooms (one full and one half). Outside, you'll find a private, fenced backyard and a charming front porch perfect for relaxing. There is also one parking space available on the property behind the backyard.

Nestled in the heart of Richmond's vibrant Carytown neighborhood, our home offers unparalleled access to the city's best. Stroll just a few blocks and you'll find yourself immersed in Carytown's eclectic mix of boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many acclaimed restaurants, browse unique shops, or catch a movie at the historic Byrd Theatre. For grocery shopping, Kroger is conveniently located nearby. You can also easily access other Richmond attractions from here.



Getting Around:

Getting around from our Carytown home is a breeze! Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located within a short walking distance, providing easy access to downtown Richmond and surrounding areas. For those arriving by air, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Parking is convenient, with one free parking space available on the property behind the backyard. Additional street parking is also typically available. Enjoy exploring the city!



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews/no reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
