This memorable property is anything but ordinary. Experience a Custom Barn and Silo together. Crafted by love in the details. Sitting on 1.75 acres. So much room to enjoy family and friends.
This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Experience a Custom Barn and Silo together. Crafted by love in the details. The wraparound porch provides for BBQ’s, games, hot tub, and visits from the beautiful animal life. To the peak of the barn reaches 24 feet lined with natural cedar planks, surrounding the 7 King trusses. The Interior design and décor has a taste of rustic, modern, farmhouse and definitely a cozy feel. The loft is so inviting for friends and family to gather for movies with the 75” TV, then a game of Table Tennis. The Sio reaches 26 feet lined with over 1,350 cedar planks with a rustic windmill centerpiece.
The space
Sitting on 1.75 acres, is a brand new barnaminium built in 2022 and Silominium built in 2024. Barn has 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms and 1 more bedroom on the main floor and hall full bathroom. Sio has 1 bedroom on the main and 1 full bathroom, 2 bedrooms on the second floor with 1 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. each has their own kitchens, 2 informal and 1 formal dining room 2 laundry rooms on the main floor. Upstairs is a loft with a gathering room with a 75” TV and DVD player on one side on the other side is a ping pong table in the Barn. The wraparound porch has 2 sitting areas, one large table for meals, one bistro table and stools, hanging love swing and a selection of outdoor games and BBQ and Hot tub. each has their own BBQ Grill and patio a. games. Built by Christian and Deanna Lazoore.

I am retired now but have held different professions such as: First job at 16 was a car hop at A&W then a maid at a local hotel in Logan, Utah where I grew up. Moved to LA, California at 19 and started my career as a professional dancer. That took me all over the world. Met my husband in Paradise Island, Bahamas while dancing and he was a stuntman in the same show. Moved to Paris, France, then to California where we lived for 33 years. In California we owned a French restaurant, modeled for fashion, When I began to have children I owned an operated my own dance studio in Riverside, California while my husband owned his Electrical Contracting latest profession is a Realtor, which has brought us to the Airbnb business. We moved to Austin Texas last in 2018 and love it
