Great location/amenities

Loved the location and quality of the place. Having a garage and rooftop patio was a bonus too. Comfortable and easy to walk to food/dronks/beach, yet pretty quiet in a busy area. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place in West Seattle

Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful roof top deck looking out to Puget Sound. Easy walk to Alki Beach and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood.

The property was not stocked appropriately in the kitchen. There was only 1 wine glass, the coffee maker was missing the lid so you couldn’t use it. The property was promoted as a rooftop with views yet there was no place to sit out on the deck.

Awesome location, grat condo.

This condo was perfect for us to spend a few days in Seattle after our Alaskan cruise. It was few blocks to Alki beach and about 15 minutes into downtown Seattle. Well stocked and very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Nice place

Enjoyed the welcome basket, kitchen supplies, good seating on roof top and in living room/kitchen. Nice and clean. Comments from other reviewers on garage are accurate. Best for with mid size SUV. Most of the time we easily parked on the street. Garage was a nice back up. Would rent again.

Close to the beach!

We loved being able to walk to the beach to see the sunset every night. The patio was amazing as well. Very clean and tons of space. The master suite is very large. The only area for improvement I would recommend is making the entry code more user friendly. 10 digits to enter and exit was cumbersome. But otherwise a wonderful stay!

Easter weekend

Great location and size for our group of 6. There are many stains throughout the carpet upstairs which takes away from the house and the kitchen counters were still fairly dirty with coffee stains on them. Other than that great place.

Great views

DO NOT park in the garage if you have anything other than a small car. Driveway is sloped downward and the concrete wall makes it nearly impossible to get a larger vehicle in or out without causing damage to a vehicle. It is apparent as you see plenty of scrape marks on the side of the garage door. Also no air conditioning. The good it is very spacious and has gorgeous views. I would surely stay again, I just wouldn't rent a car

Avoid this management company and property

Another investor ruining the vacation rental experience. The place was dirty with several issues when we arrived. The bathtub was clogged and not draining properly. We called right after check in. Management said a cleaner will come in the morning but never arrived. After many correspondences with the management company over several days nobody ever arrived to fix the issues. The garage is a tight fit even for a compact car. The street parking is rough. Ideally you do not have a car. Location is good and the property isn't bad. Just needs more attention to detail. And a new management company. I'm not sure how this place got positive reviews. I'd question the authenticity of the reviews.

Great place!

Great location, close to restaurants and the waterfront. Clean, well set up and good communication. Bedrooms/bathrooms are far enough apart to allow for privacy when you're traveling with close friends (but not *that* close). Would absolutely stay again!Please note that the garage entry is quite tight. Getting in is OK, but even with a mid-sized car with cameras, I needed my friend directing me out inch by inch to avoid running into the sides of the door or the cement wall that angles in towards the driveway. If you have a large car/high anxiety it might not be feasible. There is parking on the street, but you may have to circle a bit.
