Welcome to the luxurious Lago complex on Lac Tremblant. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate 7 guests, where you can enjoy lake access and an indoor gym facility during your stay. Only a few minutes drive to the pedestrian village, this unit is within minutes of Mont-Tremblant’s ski lifts, restaurants, shops, and activities.
This condo embraces a minimalistic, clean, modern style while maintaining a practical, cozy and welcoming feel. The open concept living space features a comfortable sofa and chairs facing the gas fireplace and Smart TV, as well as an outdoor private balcony featuring breathtaking views of Lac Tremblant and the Ski Hill. The space is stocked with ample games for couples or families with children to enjoy together. No matter the weather or season, you’ll find an area to gather and relax in our lakeside home after a long day of skiing or exploring the area.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything required, with modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing and cooking memorable meals. All cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and dishes are provided for your stay. All you need to bring is your food! Meals can be enjoyed with your family at the elegant dining table for 8.
This home has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 features a King size bed with lake and mountain views, and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 includes a Queen size bed, and Bedroom #3 has a double bunk bed with a pull out Single trundle bed. Please note the single bed in the bed configuration portion of this listing is the trundle bed. The second full bathroom in this home is located near the entrance off of the living room.
Guests are also welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer - laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided.
You are welcome to enjoy all of the areas and amenities of the Lago community, including the gym facility, lounge chairs with views, game room, and shared balcony. Lake access is available from Lago with a dock and small private beach area. There is currently an outdoor shared pool under construction that is not yet available to guests.
Please note there is currently only an outdoor auxiliary parking lot for this building. The Lago complex has some outdoor construction that may be visible in some areas during your stay.

Ce condo adopte un style minimaliste, épuré et moderne tout en conservant un aspect pratique, douillet et accueillant. La salle de séjour à air ouvert comprend un canapé et des chaises confortables face à la cheminée au gaz et à la télévision intelligente, ainsi qu`un balcon extérieur privé offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Tremblant et la station de ski. Le salon est équipé de nombreux jeux pour les couples ou les familles avec enfants. Quel que soit le temps ou la saison, vous trouverez un endroit pour vous rassembler et vous détendre dans cette maison au bord du lac après une longue journée de ski ou d`exploration de la région.
La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose de tout le nécessaire, avec des appareils modernes et un grand espace de travail pour préparer et cuisiner des repas mémorables. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine, les ustensiles de pâtisserie, les couverts et la vaisselle sont fournis pour votre séjour. Il ne vous reste plus qu`à apporter votre nourriture ! Les repas peuvent être appréciés en famille autour de l`élégante table à manger pour 8 personnes.
Cette maison dispose de 3 chambres à coucher. La chambre 1 dispose d`un lit King avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes, et d`une salle de bains privative. La chambre n°2 comprend un lit Queen et la chambre n°3 un lit double superposé avec un lit gigogne extractible. Veuillez noter que le lit simple indiqué dans la partie de cette annonce consacrée à la configuration des lits est le lit gigogne. La deuxième salle de bains complète de cette maison est située près de l`entrée du salon.
Vous pouvez également utiliser la laveuse et la sécheuse de l`appartement. Les pastilles pour la lessive et les feuilles de séchage sont fournies.
Accès des invités
Vous êtes les bienvenus pour profiter de toutes les aires et commodités de la communauté de Lago, incluant le gym, les chaises longues avec vue, la salle de jeux et le balcon partagé. L’accès au lac est possible depuis Lago, grâce à un quai et une petite plage privée. Une piscine extérieure partagée est présentement en construction et n’est pas encore accessible aux invités.

Veuillez noter qu`il n`y a actuellement qu`un parking auxiliaire extérieur pour ce bâtiment. Le complexe Lago a quelques travaux de construction à l`extérieur, mais ils ne devraient pas être entendus ou vus de l`unité elle-même.
CITQ# 318275
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
