Relax and unwind in our spacious and bright apartment.

Centrally located just minutes from the airport, downtown/hospitals, and right across the street from Pioneer Park with its tennis courts, playground, and disc golf course.
In addition enjoy the private yard and patio.

Experience the conveniences of the city while feeling at home in this comfortable space.

We(hosts) live in the upper unit with two kids. You might hear us during the day, but the designated quiet time will be respected.

Great location for visiting Billings. Really appreciated the cleanliness and accommodations. Driveway parking was a plus, didn’t have to street park.

Lay out was well done and able to handle our needs. The occasional sounds of the youngsters upstairs were the only negative in an otherwise great experience. The location was as good as described. Anya was responsive to all issues along the way. Good host.

Quick stay, very pleasant

Really nice apartment; clean, bright and cheery. We had a minor issue with the lockbox which the host resolved very quickly. Nice neighborhood and park close by for an early morning run

Flying from Billings Airport

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. The location is perfect!! The first time I stayed, we needed to be near the hospital. This second time I needed to be near the airport. It's a quiet neighborhood, I feel safe, and the property is very cute and immaculate. I will be staying again.

Absolutely perfect stay

I came to Billings for surgery. My daughter was with me and we were so comfortable in our apartment. My bed was great!! I think I slept better than at home. It was in a perfect location with only 3 min drive to the surgery center. The apartment was exceptionally clean as well. Thank you for a great stay.

2 week stay

I travel to Billings Monthly for work. Anya is a wonderful host. Everything is clean, it is a perfect location to get to the hospital, right across from the park. There is coffee, tea and snacks when I arrive :) this was my 2nd stay and I will continue to come back.

Cute basement unit- better than a hotel

It’s a cutesy decorated basement unit under the host’s residence. Their kids were up at 6:50am running toys across the floor and since it’s an older house, the noise woke us all up. We were there for soccer, so not a huge deal. If I were with adults it would have been disappointing. Beds were comfy, sheets were soft. Well stocked. Water pressure is dismal.

Thank you for the review. Yes, it is an old house, and the noise travels easily. I think my son has picked up a bike too early, and I asked him to put it away once I heard the noise. Very sorry he woke you all up. Not aware of a water pressure issue, I check water at cleaning. Which faucet was it in so we could fix it?

We stayed at this property for two nights in June 2025. Pros: As advertised, the place is clean and in a convenient location. It was also clean and spacious as stated, the Wi-Fi worked fine and without interruptions. The host was good communicating promptly. Cons: the property is not an apartment, but a basement unit with an independent entrance. With that been said, it is not peaceful since the host lives upstairs and you can constantly hear heavy steps and moving furniture throughout the day. They day of our arrival the host scheduled a playdate and a sleepover; my family and I left our home at 2:00 am that day and were extremely tired and all we wanted to do was to rest and unwind. The noise was unbearable (screams, toys/cars rolling, constant running, etc). As a suggestion, these types of activities should be rescheduled if you have guests over or previously discussed with the guests. The host apologized the day after for the noise, which in my opinion it was too late, we already endured the ordeal without any say in the matter. Other than that, if you are looking for a convenient location and do not mind the noises, this is your place. **After we checked out, the host contacted me to inform me that a mirror was damaged. I informed the host that I did a final check and videotaped before we exit the property and did not notice any damage. After a few back-and-forth messages, I decided not to waste my time anymore and paid the suggested damage fee promptly.

That is correct that we live upstair, and I have two young kids(disclosed in property description), however we always respect the quiet hour and we all were quiet before 9 that day. Regarding the mirror: I personally cleaned the property right before and right after your stay, and noticed the mirror stand to be broken. I believe you had a child with you too. I've never received the recording from you and happy to look at it and make it right! Feel free to message or email it to me!

I love living by the park, and Pioneer Park is the best one in town (at least in my opinion:). It is located across the road half block up the street.

I like to walk, and this location allows walking to few nearby coffee shops, hospitals (18 min) and downtown (24 min).

I though it was lucky that we could buy house in this area, and I love t still.
